Good clean and comfortable rooms. Staff very good . Close to the shops and the cinema at westfield The Starbucks in the hotel shuts early and also it appears that anyone can walk into the reception area. Also don't bother with the hotel parking as right across the road is a private company who offer it cheaper

The overall vibe of the Hotel was awesome. Our room was comfy with a nice view of the city. Parking was extremely expensive! For two nights it was a lil over a hundred bucks!

Fabulous location in the middle of downtown, easy access to all attractions, good hotel facilities including the gym. The offer of free wifi throughout my trip was a most welcome surprise.

The room was clean and quite eventhough its located in the middle of the city. No sound from outside come inside the room except for the fire engine truck. The bulding and the elevators are kind of old.

I chose this hotel only because they advertised a hot tub. I got there to find it closed. They said it had been closed for months for renovation and my confirmation from booking.com said so. I looked at the confirmation and there was nothing about the spa/hot tub being closed. The front desk personnel were rude and unapologetic. I could have picked a dozen other hotels that were cheaper and more interesting than this Hilton. I feel like I lost money and my quick get away to relax was not the experience it could have been and should have been. In addition, the hotel is cold and stale, the staff unresponsive, and the lay out confusing (multiple towers and strange confusing access to self-parking that cost an additional $47). I would never recommend this hotel and I feel they owe me some sort of refund. Terrible experience in a city known for its beautiful hotels and excellent customer service. What a watse of my money.

I stayed in a double room. It was excellent for my purpose - I was only in SanFrancisco for 1day/1night. It was centrally located - I was within walking distance of all the sights I wanted to see. The bed was comfortable & the room/washroom was clean - the two things that mattered to me most! There are plenty of restaurants & shops in and around the hotel so there is absolutely no shortage of places to dine/drink. There is also no reason to spend $14 on a continental breakfast buffet for this reason. Do not feel you have to stay at the hotel to eat....there is so much variety in the area! I've travelled a fair amount and the United States is the only place in the world where you actually have to pay for internet. $14.95 a day for internet services is hilarious! I know the U.S. is going through an economic crisis....but it's silly to have to pay for something that is so basic nowadays. I suggest that the Hilton differentiate themselves by offering free wi-fi in their hotels - you'll definitely attract & retain more customers if you do this.

It was within walking distance of my final destination. The bathroom had built up dirt in the corners and the tub was too small. There was rubbish on the floor in the main room area, the ironing board was missing and the lack of complimentary coffee in the rooms is an oversight for a four star hotel.

It was convenient and central. We had a good upgraded suite and were very comfortable. The concierge service was excellent, as was the valet service for the car. The coffee shop was boring. Decorated in miserable tones and very noisy. We had one supper there and the food was not good. A large lump of tasteless chicken. We went out for breakfast every day. There was no other restaurant within the hotel.

The staff were friendly and readily available to help answer questions, give directions and/or provide opinions of nearby restaurants. Although, the room was clean, it smelled like cigarette and the bathroom had an unpleasant (sewer) smell.

Great views, lots of staff available, friendliness. The price at booking online needs to be made based upon what you'll actuially have to pay on check-out, ie no single-occupancy tax was mentioned (as this was my first trip to San Francisco I ddin't know about this charge and was very disappointed that it wasn't highlighted at the time of reservation), also the breakfast offered was a continental type only for which I had to pay an upgrade to allow me to have a full breakfast (this is the first time that a full breakfast hasn't been included in the advertised rate of bed and breakfast and I have stayed at many Hilton hotels). Also the hotel lobby area is very busy at all times which makes it looks hectic; an area away from the main lobby for people to relax in would be a nive idea.

What we liked about the hotel is that it's accessible to the shopping area, food and places of interest. Many tourist locations could be reached by foot. For the price and security it is worth the money. No free room internet service

Location is excellent. Having been there and saw what I thought about booking, I'm glad I booked it. Pictures of hotels can be deceiving. A bit on the expensive side, but I suppose all hotels near Union Square are.

The location of the hotel was just at the heart of the downtown sf. It provides the standards of a 4* for a chain hotel. The rooms are equipped with necessities. There are many rooms available for all times since the hotel is too large. Since the hotel is too large and located in 3 different towers, it was very crowded mainly in the lobby area. It is not a very good value for money since it was over 200 dollars per night

What I like best of the hilton is that the staff was very friendly and helful and the location was great... What I disliked about my stayed at the hilton is that I had to pay for parking... Personally I had never stayed in a hotel that charges for parking in the same hotel that I stayed in.... And I payed almost half of what the room costed.
