Good clean and comfortable rooms. Staff very good . Close to the shops and the cinema at westfield The Starbucks in the hotel shuts early and also it appears that anyone can walk into the reception area. Also don't bother with the hotel parking as right across the road is a private company who offer it cheaper

I like the staff, they we're all kind and helpful. But most of all I like the location. The proximity to shopping, restaurants, and bars is awesome. The town is so cool, but it sucks when you gotta take your car around. Pay for the hotel parking and walk around. And a taxi cab to any thing a bit to far is no more then $10. Fishermen's Wharf was a $7 ride, so $14 if you count both ways. The Zoo is maybe $10 or $11. Well worth it. Location location location!!!!!! The Lay it is a bit confusing, but thats really not a dislike...it was cool to be in such a huge hotel.

The overall vibe of the Hotel was awesome. Our room was comfy with a nice view of the city. Parking was extremely expensive! For two nights it was a lil over a hundred bucks!

Beds were comfortable Excellent view of the city from our room The staff were not helpful, felt like we were getting bounced around from desk to desk. Never got any help with the doors, or helping with bags to our room. There was a message for us at the front desk from our family overseas, and we never recieved upon check in. We had found out about it the next day from an email from the family member. Upon check out, I asked to speak to someone about the matter. The front desk manager came out to speak with me, and he brought over the guy who checked us in, and 'claimed' to have given us a paper at check in, which was not the case! When speaking to the front desk manager, he was condescending, and brushed me off about the situation. The customer service is an absolute joke!

Everything I needed was at my fingertips. All staff was incredibly helpful. Great restaurant and a Starbucks in the lobby! Exceptionally clean. Very comfortable beds and large, fluffy, absorbant bath towels. Right in the heart of Union Square and great shopping.

It was really handy having the flight check in booth at the hotel - this meant we could print our boarding passes from the hotel. There was also a shuttle bus that leaves from the hotel to the airport which runs every 15 mins.

I had a 2 Q bed room reserved and they tried to give me something less 3 times. Each time I got to the room it was not what was confirmed. Then I was charged $150 more on my credit card. They agreed to credit my account, but the two issues leave me less than satisfied about the level of service and ethics of this Hilton property.

The nut house granola was great. Most of the staff with the exception of one was very nice. The person who checked us in was not very friendly and the back of the bathroom door was covered in dust. I have stayed at better hotels in the area for a similar price.

I chose this hotel only because they advertised a hot tub. I got there to find it closed. They said it had been closed for months for renovation and my confirmation from booking.com said so. I looked at the confirmation and there was nothing about the spa/hot tub being closed. The front desk personnel were rude and unapologetic. I could have picked a dozen other hotels that were cheaper and more interesting than this Hilton. I feel like I lost money and my quick get away to relax was not the experience it could have been and should have been. In addition, the hotel is cold and stale, the staff unresponsive, and the lay out confusing (multiple towers and strange confusing access to self-parking that cost an additional $47). I would never recommend this hotel and I feel they owe me some sort of refund. Terrible experience in a city known for its beautiful hotels and excellent customer service. What a watse of my money.

I stayed in a double room. It was excellent for my purpose - I was only in SanFrancisco for 1day/1night. It was centrally located - I was within walking distance of all the sights I wanted to see. The bed was comfortable & the room/washroom was clean - the two things that mattered to me most! There are plenty of restaurants & shops in and around the hotel so there is absolutely no shortage of places to dine/drink. There is also no reason to spend $14 on a continental breakfast buffet for this reason. Do not feel you have to stay at the hotel to eat....there is so much variety in the area! I've travelled a fair amount and the United States is the only place in the world where you actually have to pay for internet. $14.95 a day for internet services is hilarious! I know the U.S. is going through an economic crisis....but it's silly to have to pay for something that is so basic nowadays. I suggest that the Hilton differentiate themselves by offering free wi-fi in their hotels - you'll definitely attract & retain more customers if you do this.

It was within walking distance of my final destination. The bathroom had built up dirt in the corners and the tub was too small. There was rubbish on the floor in the main room area, the ironing board was missing and the lack of complimentary coffee in the rooms is an oversight for a four star hotel.

It was convenient and central. We had a good upgraded suite and were very comfortable. The concierge service was excellent, as was the valet service for the car. The coffee shop was boring. Decorated in miserable tones and very noisy. We had one supper there and the food was not good. A large lump of tasteless chicken. We went out for breakfast every day. There was no other restaurant within the hotel.

The staff were friendly and readily available to help answer questions, give directions and/or provide opinions of nearby restaurants. Although, the room was clean, it smelled like cigarette and the bathroom had an unpleasant (sewer) smell.

I thought it was nice that they let you use Wifi without having to pay for it like you do in other hotels. We stayed in tower 2, which I am presuming is the tower of a previous non-Hilton hotel that the Hilton bought out. Therefore, the walls were paper thin, and we heard every footstep, baby crying, and people on the street at all hours of the night. It was also Saturday and the room next to us was having a party all night long and we heard every drunk laugh and giggle the entire night, even after we called security the noise persisted. I've slept better at 2 and 3 star hotels, so it was rather amusing that we had such a bad night's sleep at a place with the reputation of the Hilton.
