Poor service from the doormen.

Staff was superb.

All the taxes and fees inflated the rates.

Parking was very expensive

New room and modern

Too expensive beacuse i had to fix the bed and the sliding bathroom and closet door. Shower was too short and no water pressure maybe because Room was for a handicap person. Shoty renovation. All could have been avoided had someone with a trained eye checked the work.

I am still having trouble with the billing! We booked 8 rooms and the billing is not settled yet!

Clean, central location.

Proximity to the tenderloin. Ridiculously priced room service and international calls.

Not much to say here.

We had zero glasses even after room service cleaned the room they still did not leave glasses. I had to call down just to have a water glass (and tip of course for something that should have already been there). Also my quote was not accurate and the hotel was 50$ more then my reservation said it would be.

I liked that the reservationist offered us a room with 3 beds. Also, the room was large enough.

The bathroom door was glass so light showed through when someone took a very early shower.

Very clean room. Gym was also one of the cleanest I have been to. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Too busy in lobby Gym has no restroom Line up at Starbucks, ridiculously long. Room was noisy. House cleaning didn't replace or clean drinking glasses Hotel is tired and worn out. Needs new decor and a coat of paint. Shower faucet was broken Buffet Breakfast in restaurant was weak and uninspiring. No cheese...??? Wasn't aware you could order omelets as part of the buffet, heard this from a fellow guest. If the hotel offers something then it should be available to all!! Internet fees are a money gouging scam!!

I was upgraded to a newly renovated floor which was so lovely - new and very clean.

I was overcharged and it took a while for the receptionist to believe me (even though I had my original booking (with Booking.com printed out) and then work out what to do. I feel that I was overcharged on purpose, hoping that I wouldn't notice.

room is clean and tidy,located in union square,perfect for tourist.and staff is friendly,professional.

Re the Hilton: I thought the maid service was excellent and I enjoyed dinner and service at an on-site restaurant. The service at the front- desk was not as pleasant -- when I called about getting Internet access, the person I spoke to was rude: "Just go on line and follow the prompts. And, yes, you have to pay for it."

I didn't like the 'extra' charges -- extra for a refrigerator!?!?!?; Extra for Internet service (ridiculous); and outrageous charges for self- parking ($47/night) plus an 'occupancy' tax for the garage! I won't stay there again. It's like flying on United where you have to practically pay extra to get a seatbelt! I'd prefer higher rates over a 'nickel and dime' structure.

Location, staff, value for money, Starbucks at the lobby, rental cars nearby Staff change the first room that smelled smokey for another one!

My room only had a chair for the desk, it needs a comfortable chair to read and relax!

The hotel is very clean and the staff is very professional and friendly. There are 3 towers on this property which allows for less foot traffic in the hallway of the tower I stayed in which made the stay more enjoyable.

The hotel staff was not very welcoming. In fact one staff member was confrontational and a different staff member gave us incorrect information. For booking an upgraded room I was surprised that we didn't even have a fridge in our room. No ammenties or discounts were offered to guests. $60 to park, $60 to use there shuttle service... Not a place I would reccomend. Perhaps I had higher expecatations attached to the name "Hilton." I now know better.

It was close to shopping and sight seeing, was very comfortable and felt very luxurious....

-good hotel with standard equipment from Hillton group -bed comfortable -provide kettle extrally -price is resonable -location is very convenient

-tap of the bathtub is hard to open -parking fee is high -no refrigerator

I liked the Bus Limo Wine tour we took and we liked Fisherman's warf, but when we we back it was too crowded

We didn't like that the walk to hotel from Barc is nasty, dirty, and smelly. Beggers on every street corner and if some one gives you directions they want money; worst part was our rent a car was broken into and our computers were stolen. We left a day early because the service at Hilton was terrible

There was a restaurant and a starbucks in the lobby.

There was a moth in our room. We called housekeeping, they didn't answer, we called the front desk, theline was busy. So we called the operator and she got a hold of someone for us. They said they would be right up. 20 minutes later, I called to follow up and they said someone would be right up in 20 minutes. I was disappointed that they did not feel obligated to give a true eta. Parking at the hotel was in one tower.Our room was in a different tower, and every trip to the car involved taking an elevator, walking to the next tower, taking another elevator, then navigating a labrynth of hallways before finding the door that opened into the garage.

Great location . Close to good shopping . Great breakfast .

One or two security staff and a lady staff at urban tavern restaurant were not polite . When I was having breakfast a chineselooking lady staff asked me ' do u know this breakfast will cost you thirty six dollars ' ? She thought I cud not afford it !

Great desk help and persistence after my name was entered incorrectly and they could not find my reservation.... They finally found the miss spelled version, then gave me an upgrade.

Dident like that wi fi was not free and we went w/ tow other couples and even though we all booked same type room they were all different. Our room was small....but comfortable. Another RM was similar bit bigger with balcony and other room was much bigger thant other two and we all paid same price.
