We enjoyed pretty much everything, from the ease to check-in, housekeeping, room size, comfortable beds, awesome view, courteous staff
The room size was generous and the city view was great. We were given an Executive level room because there was a problem with the reservation from Booking.com. We were treated very well to compensate for t he lost reservation.
There seems to be a disconnect between Booking.com and Hilton that resulted in a lost reservation.
Near the metro
I have to pay for the parking. Wireless is not free. I asked for late check out and they refused even the hotel was not fully occupied

Bed not to comfortable
There was a bit of a unique situation with my stay as there was a "suspicious device" found in the hotel earlier that day. When I arrived there were several police, firetrucks, and a bomb squad outside of the building. The hotel manager was very nice and explained that we were in no danger, the hotel did not need to be evacuated, and that the police were finishing up and would be done within the hour. He was the only person with actual customer service skills that I met from this hotel that whole weekend. Aside from that, the hotel itself was beautiful. The rooms were very modern and clean with very comfortable beds. We had my bachelorette party there and the hotel is within a short walking distance of the downtown bars and restaurants. Also the parking is in an underground garage so you know your car will be safe.
The lady at the front desk, the very first person who you typically interact with at a hotel, was very rude. She claimed that I only booked one room when I was holding the confirmation for both rooms in my hand. She told me that there was nothing she could do and that I would have to call Booking.com to fix the error. There was no error, I had booked two rooms. Then when we asked her about why all of the police were there she rudely said "I'm not the person to ask, ask him" and pointed to the manager. Another man who I was told was also a manger totally flat out lied to us when we asked him if he had any info about the "suspicious device" and the police outside. He said there was no device and then said well maybe there was but it was just a small one. He seemed annoyed by our questions and did not want to answer anything directly. Last but not least was the morning if checkout. We called the front desk to all if there was a luggage cart we could use. They informed is that they would have to bring one up for us so we gave them one of our two room numbers. We propped open one of the doors and put all of our bags into the second room and then propped open that door as well. After about 20 minutes of waiting, we just decided to carry our bags down without the luggage cart. As we got to the front desk to check out, we told the woman behind the counter to cancel the cart to our room. She rudely replied that she had come to our room, knocked on our door (which had been propped open) and no one answered. As I previously stated, I understand that a bomb scare is not a usual circumstance, but that does not excuse the poor attitudes of the staff.
Very close to airport. Nice spa and pool (where we were alone by the way, view of the palm trees and giant Boeing fying over our heads, nice set up for the end of our trip). Good restaurant with fair prices. Very comfortable rooms.
We came here for one night. The staff was nice. The room had a great view as promised. The bed was very comfortable. Lobby is very nicely decorated. Convenient location
There airport is nearby so it's hard to get sleep with all the planes. We seen a huge cockroach in the hallway which was really gross. Pool is very small.

The parking fee
The lobby and the room are very small. Our car parked in Hiltion's parking lot. But the next day we found the car window was smashed and the GPS was stolen. Nobody in Hilton came to help us. We were told by Hilton's staff that the parking lot is rented by them and it's a "PUBLIC PARKING LOT". So mad. Will never stay in this hotel again.

Parts that I did not like was the lobby anyway I was uncomfortable and it was very impersonal I didn't care for the Decour thank you

i was charged a $200 deposit and it was automatically taken out of my account. the other times and no one told me this untill the day i checked in. ive stayed at the hilton and this never happened to me.
Great location for the convention center, nice looking rooms and friendly staff.
Little pricey for the amount you paid, which would have been ok, but they also make you pay for parking which was $22 a night. If you're paying $250+ a night i think you should be able to park for free

Beds in a double bed room were uncomfortable at all. I woke up with back pain and I went to bed painless. I don't like being charged for self-parking. no free breakfast.
Staff was great, location was convenient and the hotel was very nice.
The security who harassed my 16 year old daughter. They followed her to our room to tell her only two people are allowed in the room. Which I find a few things wrong with this, first why are they following her to the 12th floor and what does it matter if a couple friends, two, accompany her while she changes to go swimming? I did not like that at all. Also the restaurant staff were not very hospitably. They can not use the excuse that they were busy because there were very few customers in the restaurant at the time. This is the second time I have encountered this type of service at this location.
We had to pay for parking, if you wanted wifi in your room you had to pay and there is no free breakfast. We are already paying alot for hotel, it would have been nice to get something free.!
