The pool and spa

Rooms were small

The staff it was very friendly, I liked the fact that the pool is heated, my rooms was clean and comfortable. over all my wife and I really enjoyed the two nights we stayed there.

The jacuzzi gets really crowded at night time, so we had to stay in the pool the whole time : / It's 10 - 15 mins driving to the boardwalk, depending on the traffic.

We liked the proximity to Santa Cruz attractions and the spa/ pool.

Staff was super-friendly and helpful when we checked in, when I used business center and when I needed toothbrushes.

Mattress in our room was soft and uneven.

On the web it says a few mins from Santa Cruz boardwalk but it is nearly ten miles from it

Secluded in a quite quaint little nook with the mountains shadowing behind the staff very friendly and they were also dog friendly. Perfect place to have a romantic get away.

I left some important imformation in our room I called to see if housekeeping had turned it in to lost in found, only to find out they carelessly had thrown it away and you could clearly see that it was something someone needed. So my advice check your room three times before u leave.

The Hilton Santa Cruz is perfectly located for us since we have friends who live in Felton. This was the second time we stayed there. The staff is so nice with the kids and very friendly overall. I wish it would be a little cheaper....

The mini fridge was making a very loud sound at night so I had to turn it off (which didn't really matter since nothing was in there)

It was a great getaway from everyday life

the room had a wierd echo and I touched the headboard and it fell off.

Spacious, well appointed room with tasteful modern design. Wet bar with sink for tea and coffee. Reasonable breakfast to our room. Very friendly and helpful staff. Easy access from parking and easy access to Highway 17. Had dinner at Kao Sook Thai restaurant in Scotts Valley.

Room service breakfast arrived 20 minutes early but a little cold... ?!?

The environment, able to relax, quiet, comfortable, clean.

Nice setting on a forested hill slope--although unfortunately most rooms (including ours) face either the parking lots or another wing. Also because it is built on a slope the lobby elevator does not reach to the upper floors--which means a long walk and changing elevators mid trip (i got lost three times trying to find the laundry or fourth floor back entrance). Close to UC Santa Cruz campus (15 mins on the freeway). Quiet location with really friendly and pleasant service. Mostly business travelers;some hikers/tourists/families. In house and so convenient restaurant and non-flashy bar.

Shower is not the telephone (moveable head) type--hard for women (with curves) to use.

Pool area was nice and well maintained - staff was very courteous and helpful

Pretty average hotel - larger towels for the pool would be helpful

Great site.

Our reservation included a request for two adjacent rooms, we arrived for our agreed upon early-check-in and no rooms were available. We were instructed to return later (6-hours) for the rooms, upon arrival rooms were available but not adjacent. We had to modify our occupancy plans for the arrangements. Not cool.

great value for price. Complementary upgrade to balcony with view was great. Food and service were better than expected for hotel dining.Setting and location was a welcome change from traffic and congestion of city.

Clean and quiet. Good value for the money.

A little off the touristy areas, which we actually liked, because we had a rental car to go to the beach.

The staff was always willing to answer questions and make recommendations for places to go. The jacuzzi was great. The hotel is right off the highway yet hidden away in the trees. Couldn't hear other guest or hallway traffic while in our room.

We were excited to get a top floor room, but the room they gave us was not yet cleaned from the previous guest. Had to settle for a third floor room with a view of a tree.

It was slightly out of the way, not a lot of traffic or other people. Tucked into a mountain side, very pretty.

It was nestled up against the pine trees and was very accessible on and off Highway 17 as well as the City of Scotts Valley.

Everything was great!

Extremely friendly staff. Very comfortable rooms and beds. We had a nice sized balcony with a beautiful view of forest. Great location. Lots of channel options on the TV. Nice sized bathroom.

Nothing.

Bathroom floor was dirty, looked like pee drippings around the toilet. Bath sink filled with wather - very slow drain. Shower head clogged, if I pulled up on the spout for the shower, the spout lifted away from the wall and tub drained slow. Carpets were dirty.

It was a comfy room ..location good as we came to ucsc event location pretty nice area no complaints about the room

The food portions were twice the size they should be in restaurant which makes it uncomfortable to eat looking at that much food and also for the price not that great No DVD players in rooms..there was some thing we wanted to watch and were surprised

Il Personale molto disponibile e professionale, camere spaziose. Esterno della struttura sembra uno chalet di montagna, interno elegante e raffinato perfetto per leggere un libro davanti al camino o bere un bicchiere di buon vino Californiano al bar in compagnia degli amici.
