The staff was great at giving us directions and help. The hot cider for hospitality was a nice addition on the cold days. The wood fireplace in the lobby was another nice warm place to gather and be toasty. Very inviting and friendly atmosphere.
There was a loud humming or rumble in the bathroom of our room. We were on the top floor and at the back of the building, so I just assumed it was some type of venting or air duct. We had to close the bathroom door and run the fan in the room, so that it muffled the sound. Very unusual.
Location, Papers, Hot Apple Cider
Outdoor parking, TV Reception, Add on fees
the gate to parking was difficult to understand, lt would help if you had a sign explaining one must push the CALL BUTTON to get in or out, the room card never worked. very weak wifi
Clean, comfortable and convenient. Bar was expensive, but otherwise affordable.
No breakfast offered and paying for parking.
Location was perfect for walking Santa Fe, restaurants, etc.
Of major inconvenience and anxiety was the gated parking lot mostly because the ID card seemed to never work either upon entering or exiting the lot. This would necessitate a trip into the lobby and lots of backed up cars wondering what was wrong. The main entry door which was motion sensitive also didn't work most of the time.
The room furnishings were attractive in a style appropriate to the region. There was plenty of storage and a good bed. Breakfast was good in range and quality, and items were priced individually.
I do not like rooms with no opening windows or other ventilation. This expensive rooom had NO BATH. The fine old part of the building, with fountain/courtyard,was not utilised. It would be very suitable as a restaurant, avoiding the bttle to find a place in the town
1. Clean and contemporary 2. Decent location 3. Good shower and nice linens
1. Small room felt too tight 2. Have to pay for WiFi, seriously? 3. $17.00 a day for parking - ouch! 4. $37.00 in taxes on top of a $250 a night room - ouch!
It's incredibly well sound-proofed. The location is great. Free parking. There was a mix-up with our reservations but they went out of their way to make it right. The pool deck is a great place to relax.
In the middle of the night the police knocked on our door and there was a loud disturbance outside outside our door. Management did not do anything, not cool for such a nice place!!
The location to the historic Santa Fe was great. Walking distance to some excellent restaurants and shops. Clean and comfortable room with friendly staff.
Our room had a particularly squeaky air conditioner making sleep a bit of a challenge. A call to the front desk didn't help as the person who was supposed to "take a look at it" never showed. Extra extra, pay all for it! Parking cost extra, which I can understand parking in a tourist destination like Santa Fe is coveted, but we're already paying an exuberant amount for the room, why make us pay for parking too? Also no complimentary wifi? The fitness center was less than stellar also. All in all, I believe there should be better value elsewhere in Santa Fe.
bedding noise no amenities uncomfortable seating in room inconsistent locking - outside doors inconsistent parking security
Convenience to plaza. Staff great too.
Parking gate difficult at times.
All staff were very helpful and friendly and really made us feel welcome in Santa Fe. In addition, the room were very well appointed and comfortable. It is one of the best hotels in Santa Fe compared others we have stayed at in the past.
The young man at the desk was very accommodating and the room was beautiful.
It's walking distance from so much to do.
Very week wi-fi
I really enjoyed the location and how convenient it was to get around. Was attending a conference and really enjoyed my stay.
Nothing, everything was great!
Beds are excellent, location is perfect, the staff is super nice and the room is beautiful.
Nicely sized rooms and renovated bathrooms, close to the plaza, good parking
Somewhat clueless staff (?temps over the Holidays). Multiple extra/wrong charges days after we checked out that I only discovered when looking at my credit card statement.
