Pool water was cold
The king bed
Staff in the hotel restaurant were not very friendly, one person was actually very rude.
The room was great, very comfortable, beautiful view. Valet staff were great, good location to activities.
Paying $25 a day for valet parking and we never took our vehicle out until check out time.
Loved the bartenders at the Lions Den!
The bathroom trashcan had a bloody tissue and the bed sheet had a stain. We were moved. Room was comfortable but was discovered the sheets also had a stain on it
The staff was accommodating and apologized for the service received
My only concern is that I have $50.00 advance fee withheld which still hasn't been taken off my debit card. Everything else was great
Doesn't include breakfast
bathroom could use some work and cleaning. Parking fees are outrageously high.
My only negative is the fact the the rooms did not have a fridge or microwave. I have to say this was a first for me in my 15 yrs of travel.
On average we travel about once a month for a weekend away, and this past weekend we traveled to Savannah. The hotel was in a good location to catch the trolley or either walk to anywhere in town. The staff was very professional and knowledgeable about the area.
Seriously, this is the nicest hotel I've ever stayed in! From the valet to the bellman to the front desk attendant, it was all so perfect. Gorgeous room with amazing views, great shower with upscale bath accessories and super comfortable bed. My husband and I LOVED this hotel, staying here made us feel so special and really welcomed!
My only complaint would be that the valet charges were not disclosed to me on arrival by the front desk or the valet attendants. I was not aware of the cost until my card was charged
Good location, clean, friendly service
Can't think of anything we didn't like!
Excellent location. Friendly staff. We were able to keep our car in the parking garage until the afternoon after checking out. Nice bar facilities. Nice restaurants close by.
I had a great stay. Excellent location and facilities, and the staff went out of their way to be helpful. Strongly recommended.
No free WIFI, nor free parking, nor free breakfast, and no washing machine available.
The Hilton hotel is located on Liberty avenue, exactly in the middle of the touristic area (that is, the famous savannah squares), and you can walk down to the river area or up to the Forsyth park and back and do everything by foot. Comfortable and convenient.
The cost of parking was $25 a day, and there wasn't any free wifi. The people in the room next to ours and everyone that walked down the hall sounded like they were in the room with us. I also didn't like the feather pillows.
The location was in the heart of the historic district and everything was in walking distance.
Horrible room. No fridge. No microwave. Plumbing problems. Too much money. Too little room.
Crystal went above and beyond to meet each and every need/want we had!! She should receive a raise immediately!!! In my opinion she is the backbone of this hotel and one of the main resons my stay turned out so well :)
Property is just a tad on the older, shabby side, -- but comfort, lovely staff and location trump borderline shabby.
Short walks to great places like Clary's for breakfast, SCAD Shop, Forsyth Park and Shaver's bookstore. 15-20 minute walk through historic squares to riverfront.
Windows are thinner glass, so you do hear the street noise; but the street was not as active as closer to the river.
All staff very helpful and pleasant. Valet cost is now $25/day. View of the city on the upper floors toward the rivers were great.
The Hotel is in excellent location
It is expensive, Wi-fi and parking were overpriced.
This is an excellent place to stay in Savannah, everything was completely perfect, the staff were extremely polite and helpful, It offer many options for the guests in terms of food ( a restaurant, in room service and an Starbucks Kiosk inside). I stayed during Christmas holiday and I was worried about not having many options during these days. But I not only had the hotel options but it also was located in a very good place in downtown Savannah that offered me the option to walk to others very good restaurants in Savannah. The bed was perfect, as well as the bahroom ( TomasPeterRoth bath amenities)To finalize, it definetely has the best view of Savannah.
Fan problems during the night which could not be resolved that night. We had it resolved the next day.
All of the staff were very, very friendly!!!
we had no hot water on the 9 th floor , we did not have time to wait till they could fix it,(about an hour later) we had hair appointments for a wedding, it was an important day, and once our hair was done we did not want to take a, shower. one of our rooms the toilet did not flush and had to call for them to plunge it, needless to say it didn't work for the two days we stayed... I think the hotel should have at least offered to give the bride a free nights stay, after all a cold shower on the morning of your wedding can be a stress full way to start the day.
hotel was nice, rooms that I paid 155.00 each night was disappointing.
Everything was terrific about our stay. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The location was terrific. The price was reasonable.
Dining room service on Sunday very poor. No one at omelet station, no one at Starbucks....Buffet wasn't good, and it was broken down 10 minutes after we got there.
Rooms were loud you could hear the bathroom in the room beside ours.
The pool could use some potted plants to break up all that concrete. It could be more lush. But it was too cold to swim anyway.
Great location. Nice rooms. Helpful staff.
