Great for overnight airport layover. Airport shuttle service on time (and much appreciated).
location free transportation to airport free wifi
Free shuttle to the airport! Nicely appointed rooms. Very quiet! Beautiful lobby and very helpful staff.
Shuttle from airport was easy and safe. Location was great -near the light rail and close to the airport. Rooms had 2 KING beds and comfy
The layout of the hotel is huge. Plan on walking
The hotel was up to my expectations for a Hilton. Very close to the airport. You are able to walk to the airport via a skyway over the road which is very convenient. They also run a shutt starting at 4:05 AM which included the early flights out of SEATAC.
The front desk did not really have full knowledge of good restaurants in the area. They suggested overpriced places or really grimey bars in the area. The place we found to eat was not mentioned and had excellent food for a reasonable price.
The proximity to the airport
Cleanliness was horrible! There were urine stains around the toilet when I arrived, and were still there after maid service! I am a female and they were not from me. The comforter on the bend was matted and worn out. Upon arriving back to my room after a very long day, I found that I had no TV service! I called the front desk and was told they would send maintenance right away. An hour later no one had came, (now 9:30pm). I physically went to the front desk and again was told they would send someone. At 11pm I returned to my room and the TV still didn't work, but this time maintenance came right away and fixed it within minutes! Very poor Hilton! Valet Parking; Well that is an understatement! Due to health problems, I could not haul my things from the non valet lot which was quite a distance, and the handicap spaces had a 30 minute limit! (is this even legal?) So I was forced to pay the 27.00 per day for valet. Not one time during my stay was a valet person available when I needed to leave or return. I had to ask the Bellman each time to call for the attendant. Each time I was told they were off parking cars, but all but one time, they came out from the building from a door behind the bell desk (break room I assume). I waited a minimum of 10 minutes to 20 minutes each time I needed my car, hardly the service I paid for nor expected. I have stayed at many Hilton's over the years and have NEVER had such terrible service and accomodations. Finally, the room also had a 1-2 inch gap from the floor to the door making it so I could hear every word of passersby, smell their coffee, and the best .....waking up to a screaming child outside my door at 6am! Maybe this room was an old maintenance room? I don't know, but I would never book there again, and would gladly give them free advertisement.
Location from airport
Mold in shower
Pillows were comfortable
The hotel restaurant was over priced for the quality of the food. The server brought out our over priced steaks right after we received our out of the bag salads. I wish we had ordered a pizza instead of paying so much on a mediocre meal.
Hotel was clean & beds were comfortable. Friendly front desk & housekeeping staff, good on-site restaurant but expensive.
Very costly--over $500/night for the basics. Inattentive valet (long wait times even with no other guests) for $27/night and bathroom fixtures were outdated (shower head too low, dim lighting and cramped quarters).
Location and convenience when catching flights out of seatac .
No free wifi access
I really liked the interior of the hotel, the gym had a wide variety of machines and free weights. The room and bed was cozy, with a nice view of the garden.
The distance from the room to the parking garage was quite a walk, and the crazy price for overnight parking was a bummer. I was surprised to find that the room didn't have a mini-fridge.
Staff was very considerate and helpful.
Needing to pay additional $$ for parking.
It was very good to pick up me to the hotel from the airport. The humberger was very delicious in the restaurant.
Good location of hotel ( poorly designed) and very helpful staff
Provimity to city
Our rooms were in a wing that appeared to be accessible only through the courtyard. Maybe there was a different way, but that's the way we were directed. What do they do when it rains? This is Seattle after all.
Very convenient, nice room, good food, price was a little steep.
Went up to my room and went I opened the door there was another guest in the room. We both went down to the desk, where the staff quickly assigned me a new room.
Large rooms. Good sound proofing. Big reception area, with bar and restaurant. 2 min walk to Seattle LINK.
Very nice rooms.
The hotel has an odd layout. You have to go outside to get to some of the rooms and the parking garage. In a wet place like Seattle this doesn't make a lot of sense.
The room was large and very clean. The location is directly across from the light rail station.
The cost was very expensive compared to other area hotels.
Restaurant food was outstanding.
Parking was expensive. I had a very early flight so we paid more so our car could be parked in front of the hotel
Easy access to airport, 2 minute walk to light rail link to downtown Seattle. Very nice rooms and friendly, helpful staff.
The food and drink in the hotel were very expensive even for Seattle standards. Luckily there are a few other places to eat within a mile walk.
Nice rooms with cot provided for our children. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were quiet and peaceful surrounding us. We overlooked the beautiful courtyard with the pool and were able to enjoy late night swims.
Paying for parking as it was too much per night.
