free wifi in the room
Amenities were excellent. Very clean and new.
The restaurant service was poor and choices were not good. The charge for the room was not as quoted by booking.com and had to bring charge to the attention of the staff and they adjusted it. The water was just luke warm for shower. Management said that they had a water problem. I would have thought being just remodeled that problem would not have existed.
Rooms super comfortable
2nd time there, no glimpse of water, elevators were out 2 times
While the room was a bit small it had everything we needed. The feel of the hotel was modern and very tidy. Location downtown was great. We arrived before our check - in and they were happy to check our bags. If we stayed in Seattle again, we'd consider the hotel again for sure.
We had an odd exchange at the bar. Bartender sold my husband a pale ale that wasn't, then proceeded to tell my husband that he was incorrect. He ended up taking off the drinks from our room (I was happy about that - I was a bit too tired to argue) but my husband ended up leaving without a drink and I didn't feel much like having mine after the exhange. Not the worst thing about the trip - just very odd.
great location.friendly staff
nothing too serious to mention
The room was clean and was in a good location. Walking distance to pike place, shopping, monorail.
No free wi-fi, room was small. Parking garage was difficult to maneuver/find parking. Room too expensive for what you got. I'd rather stay at a holiday inn with free wi-fi and discount breakfast.
All the staff, facility and the great service.
The parking was a bit awkward and tight.
Location near Seattle attractions and shopping centers.
There is no wifi connection. Parking for car is very expensive.
Dinner menu and items poor choice.
Great location - walking distance from pikes place market & shopping Room was decent size
under renovation; called for service cleaning up the tub upon check in and was told someone would be right up. When we returned to the room four hours later, the issue still was not resolved. However, when we called the second time, we received immediate assistance.
5 min walk to the monorail with easy access to space needle, 10 min walk to pike market
On checkout they tried to charge us an extra $300 although the front desk altered the bill when we showed the confirmation email. Clothes from previous occupant were still in the room as well as an old coffee cup. We were "invited to join" them for breakfast only to find out it wasn't complimentary. WiFi wasn't complimentary either. When you stay at a brand like Hilton and have to pay that much for a room you expect more. Generally very poor value for money.
Great location and bell staff, especially Chuck who was very helpful. Nice rooms and views, breakfast good with even better views. Had a good burger and sweet potato fries on room service late one night.
Restaurant didn't feel at all comfortable so ate at Rock Bottom round the corner which was excellent with a great selection of beers and a good steak.
The friendliness and helpfulness of staff in all parts of the hotel.
Car parking was very expensive for in house guests.
Bedding and bed
Service, price for what you actually got in terms of the amenities ( it felt more like a Hilton Express)
Not much, location was the best part.
Poor interiors Over priced
My room was just beside the elevator, and it was noisy through out night. I woke up 4 times, was very tired the next day.
one restaurant - not particularly good - remodeling - especially the entrance (had glue on the floor & difficult really dangerous to walk) didn't get the double room I was supposed to have -
Location and the price was OK
1) reserved room made by internet was not reserved when we got to hotel 2) After a room was found, had to wait until air conditioner was fixed
Everything but the price :-)
No free WiFi in the room, price
Although the staff were very nice we found the atmosphere of the hotel to be flat and cold
I liked how clean it is, and how quick the staff is ready to help and respond
It wasnt clear that there would be no breakfast, and it wasnt clear when should we check out
staff was friendly clean room location
Lobby was under construction, very crowded. Bathroom was extremely small and there was no door between the sleeping area and the area with the sink, so all the noise and light was shared with the sleeping area. The HVAC fan was noisy and so was the minibar.
Quick and friendly staff, nice room .
Outside elevators for access to parking garage. Extremely small bathroom. The smallest lobby in the world for a hotel that large.
The restaurant on the top is gone. Now the eating area is near the lobby which has NO windows. It is like a cave in there and all the flowers and tapestry does not change this. BF service is also very poor. Buffet or nothing is the waitresses attitude. No parking to unload in front. Would NEVER go back there.
No pool, no hot tub. Parking was outrageous and I will never stay at a Hilton or recommended it to anyone. The charge for parking alone will make me tell everybody I know what a rip-off this was.
