Comfortable beds, good pool area.
Lack of breakfast included in the expensive weekend rate. Poor service.
Location, cleanliness, great staff all reasons to come back.
the room was excellent
Amazing bed!! and great location
Delay in serving food at Nectar Restaurant. Breakfast buffet did not run smoothly. Wait in between getting food. You need more staff in the kitchen.
Proximity to Armstrong Redwoods, Safari West and Bodega Bay, Large rooms Pool and sun area Free parking Breakfast was excellent
Distance from Reception to room (leave your luggage in the car when checking in) Lack of fridge in room
Staff was arrogant.
Wifi wasn't free
Cleanliness of room, customer service at Nectaur restraunt, price vs value. I expected and paid for Hilton level service and accommodations. What we received was more like Best Western.
Big room, nice pool and jacuzzi, comfy beds, nice restaurant.
The restaurant, though nice and close by was pretty expensive for a family of four.
Pretty setting. Exterior looked nicer than room. Second person at check-in was pleasant & helpful
Room looked like it had been site of frat party---disappointing for Hilton & price. Initial reception individual was aloof & not service-oriented
The accomodations were great but the negative keeps me from giving it the highest rating.
through booking. Com I was quoted 219 per night when checking out I was charged 279 per night. Had to keep a close eye on all charges.
really like staff at sonoma hilton
Nice pool area. Very kid friendly. Clean comfortable room. Staff was super friendly, safe area of town.
Terrible view(room 1315) Not worth $200 plus per evening. More like a $100 per night kinda room. No micro, no fridge. The heat was stuck on 77 all night long. I turned it off of course but they could not fix it.
Surrounding area is nice. The size and space of the room and bathroom are nice.
Restaurant food and service was very lacking. Very expensive for the quality. At breakfast we sat for 25 minutes before we even offered coffee. And, while we were at breakfast, with 1.5 hours before our check out time, guest services were already cleaning our room. We asked if were could finish packing and they would not leave our room.
Pool and location & suggestion about renting great biles
Staff was nice beside the room service food runner.
Air conditioning didn't work and it was 97 degrees. Room service was overpriced for low quality food. Booked for $199, and was charged for $239, which was reembursed.
This hotel is very nice and clean. The staff is very knowledgeable and professional. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel.
Spacious rooms, Coffee bean and Tea coffee inn room.
Restaurant didn't open on Saturday until 7am and several guests were there for a long distance bike ride so had to make other arrangements.
There were a few pieces of furniture in the room broken or scuffed.
Very attentive staff. Surprisingly good onsite restaurant.
Bedroom and pool. The outside area of bar at night sitting beside the fire.
Staff at desk not sincere or helpful. It was more like Motel than Hotel. When checking out the man at desk lacked any warmth and didn't ask how our stay was. Twice I used pool and twice I had to phone for towels. On Sat 19th April I had to wait aprox 40 mins for towel,I made 3 calls to reception and no apology was given. No tourist information at desk, there should be a stock of leaflets and info at desk.I was given a typed a4 page with some local attractions but this was a very poor attempt from Hotel.
The location was fine, close to the amenities and attractions of Santa Rosa and surrounding areas. The pool area is nice.
The thinnest walls ever. We could hear everything. We were woken up by young children screaming and laughing along with their parents in the pool at 6:30 in the morning. Who does that.
We loved the heated pool and walking out onto the deck over the pool. Beautiful scenery, convenient location, nearby restaurants, and relaxing atmosphere.
In-room bottled water at $2.50 each is kind of gouging in Santa Rosa.
Beds as expected from Hilton. great pool and nice view even though it included the parking lot. Very quiet.
Multiple things broken or in poor repair in room: Clock, phone, part of the shower, crack in wall. Had to ask twice for a exchange of clock over 4 hour time period. (ie they did not come for 4 hours, and then only because we called twice.) When calling the service desk it often took several minutes for the line to be answered, ALWAYS placed on hold. This was my least favorite Hilton ever, and was not worth the amount paid. It's unfortunate as it has a nice location.
