rooms were ok, beds comfortable but the showers were terrible, only saw staff when checking in and out.
close proximety to all historical sites
Not sure the cause of the constant noise in Room 1115, but it never stopped. Might have been structural moving or HVAC - but it was constant. When I told the staff, whey could care less.
The breakfast buffet was not included with the discounted room.. I wound up paying (with tax) 30 bucks for it. Was it worth the money? NO. I've had better breakfasts included with my room at Holiday Inn.
No outdoor pool
Nice city views at night. Within walking distance of a lot of things to see.
Everything was very nice. Staff was all very friendly and helpful. Clean and comfortable.
Refrigerators in room would be nice as a standard feature.
Great location and affordable.
roof top restrauant was closed on sunday and monday when we were there. The staff gave us two free breakfast tickets to make up for not being open during our stay so it made up for missing it.
staff professional clean room lobby and halls great food comfortable bed good sized room beautiful view on 22nd floor of the capital and city lights
Not enough window seating at pinnacle night club
Location was great for walking to New Years eve festivities
rooms dated and dark - dark lobby - dark hallways -room too small - NO REFRIGERATOR in a HILTON? Really? That's basic
location - pool - restaurants in hotel
Could hear the elevator kick on several times throughout the night.
Beds were comfortable. View was nice. Easily accessible to places around.
The bathroom was not clean but they just accomadated with getting me a better room that was clean and a buffet breakfast for everyone who stayed with me
Big pretty and very homesome
Concierge staff not very helpful. Vending selections could be better. Late at night, not many food options.
Great location- within walking distance to public transportation. Staff friendly and room nice and clean.
That you have to pay $15 a day for a fridge which we had to have since we had children. Our air conditioning broke and we had to sit in an 80degree room, with 3 children including an infant we were trying to get to nap, before they offered to move us then we had to pack up everything and move which was fine because we were hot but we weren't offered anything for our inconvenience.
I liked that it was downtown not far from restaurants and shopping.
$10 fee for parking
Sadly there were cockroaches in lobby and outside, luckily none found in room.
Close to all historic sites.
Bar on top floor. Not enough tables to accommodate customers. Poor service. several people left because they couldn't get waited on and nowhere to sit.
-website advertises casino and there was only some slot machines in a corner of the restaurant -tv had a red line running through it - breakfast is usually complimentary at hotels and they were charging almost $14 a person after I paid what I thought was a lot for a hotel room
-bed was soft -room was quiet
We could not get the discounted rate that was offered to Convention attendees. That price was $20 dollars per night less than we paid because we booked with Booking.com.
It was close to the Convention Center
Quality for the price was not worth it.
Location was downtown, near attractions.
The pool air temperature was too cool to get in the water.
The location and the staff were both excellent.
We had windy weather during our stay and the building was unbelievably noisy, it sounded like the building was falling apart. It was hard to sleep with all the creaking noise.
Very friendly staff, parking is convenient and many Lincoln experiences were in easy walking distance.
the room was dirty on of the beds has stains on the white linens the bathtub was dirty with grime in it. i went and spoke to someone at front desk and they said "well the rooms are cleaned as best we can" then i was charged more than my receipt shows and i was told "we always charge $25 more" we stayed for wrestling tourn and will suggest this hotel is never used for our convention again!
