Classy comfort annd friendly staff! Edwin was gracious and professional about meeting our needs.
Textured carpet first floor was lovely but kept catching on my shoes. Nearly tripped more than once.
My heater didn't work and it was cold. The bulb was out in bedside lamp and I could not see telephone well enough to use. I advised front desk and they promised someone would be up to correct the situation. No one every came. Upon registering I was advised that there would be a $10.00 parking fee per night. I said I was not made aware of this and refused to pay. The desk said they would take care of it. When I tried to use the paid parking with my access key it did not work. The key did not work nor did the gate. They finally opened the gate and left it that way. Everyone was parking in the front lot. ....and when I received my bill I was charged for two nights private parking. Way to go. They did credit me back but all in all it was a bit like amateur night. Considering, the renovation, no heat, no light, light weight cocktails 3 oz. lots of ice and the parking fiasco I think I will stay some where else next time.
The free shuttle to the airport ran every 15 minutes.

After check in, we tried to park, the card key didn't work, so we had to go back in the lobby to get the card updated to let us in the lot. Annoying!
Comfortable and clean room
Paying for parking. Parking should be free for guests, at least I have NEVER been charged for parking at a hotel I am staying at. Breakfast for $15 a person, ridiculous!

Hot Tub - Not! Now a rock garden. There is literally a fee for everything. Fee to park - $10, WiFi fee $10. $60 credit card fee -which I haven't gotten back yet.

Great location for all of our family activities.
As a guest of the hotel being charged for parking when the parking lot was not secured as well as other, non-guest were able to come and go without being charged.
The whole building smells very musty and mold. My husband and I left their headaches. Rooms had water stains on the ceiling and dust from the vent was stuck on the wall from the air conditioner.
Over all it was a pleasant and friendly environment.

Our first impression was that the receptionists were too busy to even deal with us. Then our room was way too noisy. We listened to the elevator all night long. Needless to say, we didn't sleep. They also charge for parking! We were staying there, so we should not have to pay for that.
The front entrance was awful. It looked as though it had not been pressure washed(to clean and remove chewing gum) in months ! It did not look like a well kept Hilton property ! We had issues with the plumbing for our entire stay.

There was a large family group that was very noisy in our hallway. When we told the front desk about this, they told us they couldn't do anything until 10pm. We had an early flight the next day and needed to sleep early. VERY DISAPPOINTING!!

the staff were all very nice warm and accommodating. very professional, excellent customer service. the room was nice and comfy except fr the temperature, too cold.
