Extremely hot in the hallways and elevator
The whole building smells very musty and mold. My husband and I left their headaches. Rooms had water stains on the ceiling and dust from the vent was stuck on the wall from the air conditioner.
Over all it was a pleasant and friendly environment.
Parking was a hassle and I don't think there should be a charge for it
it is an attractive hotel. The rooms are nice
Our first impression was that the receptionists were too busy to even deal with us. Then our room was way too noisy. We listened to the elevator all night long. Needless to say, we didn't sleep. They also charge for parking! We were staying there, so we should not have to pay for that.
The front entrance was awful. It looked as though it had not been pressure washed(to clean and remove chewing gum) in months ! It did not look like a well kept Hilton property ! We had issues with the plumbing for our entire stay.

There was a large family group that was very noisy in our hallway. When we told the front desk about this, they told us they couldn't do anything until 10pm. We had an early flight the next day and needed to sleep early. VERY DISAPPOINTING!!

the staff were all very nice warm and accommodating. very professional, excellent customer service. the room was nice and comfy except fr the temperature, too cold.

How close it was to my rental car return an airport.
I expected a little more class. It seemed like most if the visitors were staying there just to prepare to go to the club.
Food was very good. Staff very friendly and professional.
My husband is totally disabled and in a wheelchair all day. We were told at check in that a handicapp van with a lift would be there at 4am to take us To the airport. When we checked out we were informed they don't have them. Hotel called mariott to send a van with a lift. No one knew how to operate it. My daughter and nephew and son were helping the driver figure it out. We almost missed our flight. Last ones to board. When we checked in there was a mix up on reservations and only one room had been reserved. No one could answer why. Luckily I had a printout of the reservations to give them. Very stressfull. We were not happy people.
THE STAFF WAS RUDE. THE HOTEL WAS SO NASTY. THE VENTS IN THE ROOMS THE CARPET THE TUBS ETC. THEY NEED TO REALLLY DO BETTER ABOUT CLEANING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Good location close to airport and car rental (National). They were able to pick us up. Dinner at hotel but fair meal.
The room had no heat. Maintenance unable to set thermastate. Brought in a heater which helped. Used extra towels for covers until heater arrived.
Find a hairy bathroon is a lack of clearance. But the staff is outstanding. Also só close to the airport. Great place

The staff was decent and the people were friendly. The hotel was in a fantastic location. Washington St. was only 15-20 minutes away. The City Museum was the same distance. The pool was clean and the towels never seemed to run out, which is great. We were able to get our room no problems. The gym was pretty clean and had plenty of cardio equipment. The equipment was in good shape. There was frequent shuttles to transport you to the airport. The drivers were very friendly and would talk to you about pretty much anything (at least ours did which was fine) The outside of the building was clean and the garbage in the bins was taken out regularly. The little garden walk area they had was a nice little escape as well. Barely anyone went out there so it was nice to sit in solitude from time to time when one is traveling with children.
Wifi was not free Parking was not free The gym had very limited equipment as far as the 'iron' goes. They did have plenty of cardio equipment though. Our room felt disgusting. The humidity in the room was unbearable at times despite the fact that the AC was on. There wasn't a vent in the bathroom ceiling which might have helped with the humidity. The bathroom was quite dirty. Dust and hair (from previous tenants) lined the edges of the room, tooth paste splatter covered the sink and mirror, piss droplets dotted the toilet. We found garbage (again...from previous tenants) underneath our beds. The garbage that WE did accumulate we double bagged and set aside for the room clean up people (we stayed two nights and the cleaners left the trash we set aside). The parking gate was unresponsive at times. I checked to see if the issue was my access card, it was not. The gate was just malfunctioning. There was no microwave or mini fridge in the room
