They gave us a great room and it was beautiful and spacious. The breakfast was expensive and terrible. The parking also was expensive for no reason.

Lobby was nice, room design was nice. Plenty of parking and attendant in the parking lot was very nice. Friendly personnel in the lobby. Room was very stuffy even with AC on. Left The window open but lots of traffic noise. Sofa bed was very uncomfortable felt springs. Room had no creamer and sugar or full size towels to shower with. No hot tub available, under construction. Found another guests clothing in our rooom. Pillows were flat so we asked for more took over an hour before we had to call again to remind them.

My room, when I was finally given one, was absolutely beautiful. The furnishings were quite comfortable and I wish I could have stayed BOTH nights at the Hilton Suites Anaheim/Orange as I had anticipated. I was advised upon check-in that the hotel was overbooked and I was being moved to an alternate facility just down the street. I was assured that I was being put into a hotel/room comparable to my suite I'd reserved at Hilton. I was extremely displeased by the alternate choice, the Ayres. The room (not suite) was in no way "comparable" to my suite I was expecting, nor were there ANY amenities offered at the Hotel, including room service/food onsite. Needless to say I did not have any dinner my first night. I would expect an establishment with the reputation for good service, such as the Hilton, to ensure that if guests MUST be moved due to circumstances beyond their control, they would at least do their due diligence to ensure that the guest is not being moved to a sub-par location. I'm not familiar with the Anaheim area but I imagine that there were more approriate lodging choices to relocate me to than what I was given. Please note that I had originally made my reservation for a 2 night stay in a suite on 2/7/2012 so this was in no way a last minute booking. Additionally, I was advised that my first night's stay would be credited back to me. To date, I've not received this credit. I fully anticipate this to be resolved expeditiously. Additionally, I would be happy to discuss this matter further if anyone should wish to contact me.

Hotelli oli hieno puitteiltaan kuten aula ja hissi näkymät.Sviitti oli tilava ja viihtyisä ja siivottiin päivittäin hienosti. Sijainti oli meille hyvä koska oli lähellä Honda centeriä, jäähallia. Lisäksi lapsiperheille jotka vierailevat disneylandissa. Hotellin vieressä hyvä sportti- baari jossa ruoka hyvää ja palvelu erinomaista, myös useita skriinejä josta seurata eri urheilulajeja lisäksi ilmainen wi-fi. Wi.fi yhteydet maksullisia huoneissa ja aula tiloissakin heikot. Vastaanoton henkilökunta tietämätöntä! Huoneet rakennettu halvalla ja hutaisten, suomalaiseen tasoon tottuneelle. Koskahan amerikkalaiset tajuavat suihkuihin asentaa myös käsisuihkut. Disneylandin läheisyyden vuoksi paljon lapsi perheitä ja siksi uima-allas meluinen lapsien leikkiessä.

我此行是商务，所以对酒店周围没有了解，据说旁边就是迪斯尼乐园，酒店本身环境也不错，房间都是套房，这价- 格算是不错了。 房间有点旧，给我一间吸烟房，所以有点味道。

The spacious room. Shipped packages easily delivered to room. We ordered two rooms. Two business travellers. We were given one large suite with two large beds in one room and a living room. Good for working. Less good for privacy. Unrefined breakfast. Lousy hotel bar. Poor wifi signal. Substantial noise from freeway passing by. No bill sent by email as promised.
