We stayed at the same time a huge basketball tournament was in town. It
was filled with mid aged children. Unfortunately, the only room that was
next to us was the room they all decided to eat in. They were a bit
loud, and the hotel took care of it right away. It was not at all the
hotels fault, but they handled it very well, and we appreciated it. We
stay at Embassys all over the us and this one had the least alcohol
choices (mixed drinks) for the managers mingle, and the snacks were
hummus, crackers, and veggies. We adults didn't mind, but the kids
we not going to snack on raw broccoli. The biggest downfall was the
elevators!!!! There are only 2! At first, we didn't think there was
going to be a problem, however, we were on the 3rd floor and when it was
time to check out for everyone, we had to wait 20 min. To get to the
ground floor. We tried to walk down the stairs, but those lead you to
the street side. So, if you want to avoid this jam, check out late, or
really early. Otherwise, this was a great stay!
We watched the Disneyland fireworks from our room. The bathrooms were
very nice and roomy, the beds were really comfortable, very friendly
staff including the chefs and housekeepers, Loved the corner room! The
Breakfast was superb as always, but there are only 4 burners and only 1
chef making all of the omlets, compared to the other Embassys that have
a much bigger space to cook in. We only had 1 neighbor, everything
smelled wonderful. Its modernized compared to all of the other Embassys.
Everything you get with Embassy, but newer.
