Room spacious and comfortable. Bed comfortable. Large, clean bathroom. Liked that you could enter bath from living room or bedroom.
Need to work on guest service skills at front desk. Act like they care and want to be there. Meet guest requests. Asked for extra towels and none left.
I strongly advise that you search around the Buckhead/Dunwoody area for better options before booking here. It was truly a disappointment to stay here during my birthday weekend. In our suite (302), the sofabed looked outdated and cushions did not look clean, some of the mirrors were hanging off center, the kitchen bar faucet did not produce hot water, the spa tub fixtures and faucets need to be replaced as they kept coming apart. We did not have enough guest towels in our suite, bathroom fixtures were dirty and most importantly, the thermostat did not produce any heat so our room was very cold during our entire stay which made lodging very uncomfortable. We understood the $10 fee for the internet and tried to sign-on to pay and use it, but we could not connect to the internet so we should not be charged because we did not get to use it at all. The front desk could have also informed me at check-in how much they would charge as a deposit for incidentals, SO I will be checking to make sure I am credited in full.
The hotel is near popular shopping malls and restaurants. It's about 20min from downtown ATL. Area is nice and quiet. My wife and I like the king suite because it has a separate sitting area from the bedroom. The bathroom is nice and big. Nice set up!
We've stayed here a couple of times before and it's nice but we noticed the wear and tear of the carpet as well as the wallpaper in the bathroom. Other than that it's nice.
Construction was going on on the 6th floor which started at 8am and did not end until we checked out. My husband and I could hear every nail, footstep and conversation that the construction guys had. When I asked for my money back I was told that I went through a third party and I would have to contact the manager on Monday to get a free night. I've stayed here before but I would not come back as no one told us about the construction when I called to inquire about the issue at 8am. It was not until I went downstairs to check out that someone could provide me with that information. Bottom line: I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!

The staff didn't greet me when I checked in no customer service at all they where more ready to clock.out and go home especially the lady she didn't even want to.wait on me to busy on.the phone so she sent me to.the male he checked me in ive being coming.to this location since 09 I feel regulars should get some sort of freebies coupons for breakfast
Room was very nice.
The restaurant seemed older and outdated. Service was hard to track down for late dinner as there was only one bartender for all of the lounge and dining area. Never greeted the next day for lunch so went across the street. Not a reflection on the room, so if you don't eat at the restaurant I'd probably recommend the hotel.
Location to Perimeter Mall and room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff were efficient and friendly.
I loved everything the tub the bed the view everything was just so beautiful. The staff was very nice & friendly it was my birthday & they made me very special. I can't wait to go back.

Everyone there was great. We had a problem with our keys not working, but that was quickly fixed.
During the game, there wasn't any shuttle service available for downtown, to the stadium. Taxi's are very expensive. Not sure if we would stay that far out next time.
The ac unit had a problem and both the engineer & general mgr came up to the room and did all they could to alleviate the problem. They were very accomodating.
The ac unit is very old and really didn't work well.
I liked that the room was big and the master was comfortable.
The sofa sleeper was EXTREMELY uncomfortable.
The room was excellent and the service was beyond great!!
Location was close to MARTA and the financial district. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room had space for spreading out papers during meetings. The staff gave good directions on outside locations.
There was nothing to complain about. I did not eat the hotel so I know nothing about the food
the pool was amazing, the room was so comfortable and spatious and just beautiful. It was also very quiet where we were put. It was the best hotel we have stayed at.
We asked for a blanket and never got one. There was no meal like a continental breakfast included.

Only somewhat downfall was our room being on the far end but then again we didn't mind too much.
The staff were very friendly, outgoing and responsive. They also helped our three families be located on the same floor. We had young children in two families and then the grandparents. The dining facilities and staff were also excellent and very accommodating to the guests. Very family-oriented.
The air conditioning did not seem to be vented in a way that kept the two big rooms uniformly cool. It was acceptable, but could have been better. Also, the walls were a bit thin - I could hear the tv on in the room next to mine, very clearly from my bedroom. Fortunately, after the first night, my daughter and son-in-law and two young children arrived and moved into the room, so it did not become a problem for either of us as we watched out for it not to be.
There was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. When we ask for towels at 4:00 pm they didn't bring them we call 2 times more before bed and we're ask what time we need them the next morning and they were an hour later than when they promised them. There were no apologies for either issue. It was rated 4 star but not sure why. Maybe more like a 3.
The staff was really friendly, made sure that we were taken care of. Despite there being two weddings staying at the hotel, it was pretty quiet. The hotel is located close to amenities - grocery store, shopping, and was easy to get on/off the highway.
The hotel restaurant only has one vegetarian item on the menu for dinner. We requested a crib for the baby and got a pack and play from the staff. It was already set-up and had bedding (sheet) in it, but the mattress was very flat and hard (more so than our usual pack and play mattress).
