Room size and cleanliness
I was charged more than the booking.com price
Parking at the hotel is outrageous at $64 a day Though this is considered for family affairs, bed & breakfast is not an option on any of the rooms except the executive!! I would for other hotel options for a family trip next time
I like the staff especially one in front desk his name Nicholas he was very helpful persons
Staff was attentive and eager to help. Room and hotel was clean.
Overpriced for the size and quality of room. Many things didn't work: phones went down, wifi network kicked us off regularly, AC clicked on and off frequently, no fan in bathroom.
Room spacious, clean, neat. Resturant was great and location was center of everything.
Nice big suite, large, comfortable bed and huge bathroom. Location perfect for everything we wanted - lake front, shops, restaurants, sites.
Gym is very small and doesn't have much equipment or room to workout.
Rooms are nice and large, big living room area. Friendly staff - very helpful.
Location was great access to the magnificent mile.
Self parking was off premises and staff was not helpful with location so we decided to use valet after driving around looking for a place to park for 15 min. "Suite" was very compact. Very hard to maneuver around bed in bedroom because of the tight quarters.
The staff did try to accommodate us when they realized what an awful experience we had at your hotel
The A/C would not turn off and we needed to have an engineer come late at night to fix it. There were spiders on the curtains and walls and the room stunk like smoke. They did move us to a new room the next day and credited one half of the cost of the room and one night parking. I would rather have had a clean and working room instead of the credit.
This was our first time to Chicago and the staff couldn't have been more helpful with their suggestions. The location is excellent -- within walking distance of many sites, restaurants, and shops. Plus, the on site restaurant is excellent.
Parking was expensive
the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room was comfortable and clean.
When leaving waited for my car for 45 minutes, then discovered they did not get my ticket pulled when I called for my car. They did rectify this by taking the parking charge off of my bill.
Front desk staff was exceptional.
This is a good location on the Magnificent Mile and great public transportation options to get to anywhere. The rooms were spotless and in great condition. The large rooms are nice for trips with older children. The beds can accommodate two adults or two older children.
The staff was very helpful and friendly.
The price to park.
The location. Best. Also this was the only basic-price room that could hold 5 people (2 adults and 3 teens) in all of Chicago!
The elevator was terrible and then when we took the stairs, the signage led us to an alarmed emergency exit. THey really need to fix that!
The staff were very helpful. The room was very nice. Single serve coffee maker with pretty darn good coffee!
Opened up the hide-a-bed and found a pair of used ladies panties! Nasty! No free wi-fi. No continental breakfast. No fan in the bathroom. No channel guide. Self park was two blocks away.
Porter and transit service staff were funny, attentive, and efficient.
Internet connectivity issues
Staff were very accommodating
There were no double rooms left. I slept on the pull out bed. That was the worse pullout I have ever slept on. It really shouldn't be promoted as an option.
The entire staff was very friendly and helpful. We arrived early and they had a room ready for us within an hour. The bellman safely stored our luggage and a staff member called us when our room was ready. I had requested a quiet room away from the elevator and that is exactly what we received even though we were early. The hotel is in a great location, just a couple of blocks from Michigan Ave. I feel I received great value for the money spent. I can honestly say there were no negatives. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
The only thing I didn't like was the $64 parking fee, loved everything else
the room set up.
Beds were very comfy and rooms were set up nicely.
Amenities were not up to par, AC went out one night and my coffee/tea maker was broken :(
