Since this was our first trip to Chicago, this hotel made it possible to leave the car in the garage and walk to most places. We were close to public transportation and right in the best part of town.

The room was wonderful & spacious & a great price for a prime location. My husband & I asked the concierge for ideas of places to go to for dinner & out on the town afterwards & we took her recommendations & had an excellent meal/time. She even gave us gift certificates to use towards our night out. That was a wonderful plus. We'll definitely stay there again & it would be perfect to also bring our kids seeing as the rooms are spacious & since there's a pool.

I wanted a nice hotel in downtown Chicago that offers suites at a reasonable price. The Hilton met all my needs, and was a wonderful place to stay. The rooms were great---clean and spacious---and the staff were friendly and helpful.

We liked the set up of the room, it worked great for us and our three young (8,4,1) children. We loved the front door man and the valet....they were very helpful in helping us select local food places! Our room was clean and we had a great view of the lake. We didn't like the fact that they couldn't find our reservation when we got there and had to wait over 20 minutes(mind you with three small children in the car) to get a room. I didn't like the concierge desk lady...she wasn't very helpful in food choices for our family needs..in fact she only gave us one option....the pool was neat being on the top floor, but it wasn't very clean...there was some funk growing around the sides and there were not enough towels for everyone there....but we still had a great stay!

We stayed at your hotel for spring break. The best part was the pool for our kids. My husband and I enjoyed the larger hotel room and convenience of walking distance to many shops and attractions.

Os quartos são amplos , limpos e bastante confortáveis. Tudo é cobrado a parte. Qualquer filme na tv. A internet sem fios e a internet no quarto com fios tem o preço muito caro, acho um absurdo esta cobrança. Até no business center a internet é paga. Pelos valores da diária deveria estar incluido, pelo menos alguma opção de internet.A Chei os funcionários burocráticos.

Super Hôtel ! Le personnel était très acceuillant. Nous sommes arrivées à 8h30 le matin et devions avoir notre chambre seulement à 15h00 mais nous ont donné immédiatement notre chambre (nous sommes arrivées un mercredi). Emplacement excellent : distance à pied du Navy Pier, Plage, piste cyclable, John Hancock Tower,magasinage et station de métro. Pour le reste, le personnel nous guide très bien sur les autobus et les lignes de métro à prendre. Nous avions une suite lit King au 14étage. Très belle, propre et grande. Nous avions aussi un mini-frigo et un micro- onde donc nous pouvions déjeuner dans la chambre. Je suggère cet hôtel à tous ; familles, couples, amis !
