closeness to the NFL football field I thought that this hotel was the least professional hotel I stayed at ever in my traveling career. Only two of the front desk people were knowledgable and helpful.

Very clean, affordable hotel. We stay each year when we go to Tampa Bay Buccaneer games as its in close proximity with a shuttle near the stadium. We found ourselves barely out of the shuttle's "3 mile.courtesy radius" and called for pick up. The evening staff had a bit of a language barrier speaking English to me. They were unable to supply a shuttle nor direct me to a pick up point within their radius. As a result; my wife and I attempted to walk the couple miles to what we thought would be a happy medium. As nice as the hotel is, the surrounding area is not. We were approached by multiple drug dealers and prostitutes within 3-4 miles of the hotel. Not the place to be on foot; very upset at the situation.

Great location, great online rates! Friendly staff! My total stay from online booking was $271...however Hilton slapped the nice $90 incidental charge for 3 days...+ $356 for the room!!...all in pending hold on my bankcard! I found out by accidentally checking my balance online. I complained and was told (by accounting) that that was just the 'system'. Guess what? I have had with the 'system' and with know it all unbending no human skill accountants! I will follow up with corporate. I was on vacation for goodness sakes.
