Hilton Times Square    

Great Location, near the Time Square, and in a walking distance to most popular sites in NY. Rooms are decent sized. Staff are professional and understanding, and good concierge and transportation service.

Rooms, Lobby, and other facilities are a bit out-dated, needs retouches.

The size of the room and bed was very generous. The views of the city were excellent. The location was perfect for navigating to the best sites in the city.

The faucet on the bathroom sink needed to be longer.

Our car get wet inside, its a velet parking and just wonder where the hell did they park our car.

the price although we did get a good offer of a reduced price.Also the addition off all the local and state taxes increases the total price quite a bit although this is not the fault of the hotel.

Taking two sets of elevators to get to room

the location was close to the famous time square and was close to many of the tourist attractions. The rooms were reasonable size and even though you in the middle of town could not really hear the noise.

toilet needed repairing on two separate occasions which i was not impressed with.

I don't think some of these hotels do themselves any favours.....the bar drinks were very expensive ....for example...4 small lemonade shandies were $40.

I liked the location, for the most part it was clean. Staff was friendly and accomadating.

There was a stain on the side of the sheets. We had a stain on the seat of our car when we got it back.

Speed & price of room service lunch & dinner. Cleanliness. Concierge. Friendly staff. Atm in the hotel.

Breakfast Buffet at $30/person. (Toast in my room costs $5.00??). Paying extra for wi-fi in a $450/night room. [I've never understood how cheap hotels (like La Quinta at $65/night) can provide free wi-fi while luxury hotels charge $10-20/day for wi-fi].

The location is the best in the city with access to many major attractions, restaurants cinemas parks and streets.

I found a roach in my room and they just sent a guy to take it out and then no one called to apologize as if that was normal. I also sent my new shirts for loundry and they burned it and didn't do any thing about it as well!!

Very expensive if u compare it with w hotel. - Also the internet is not free as i stayed in other hiltons the internet was free there. - they don't have weekly internet payment. - the elevetors.. We stuck in it 2 times ;) - you can hear the guests voice from your room. - The privacy: even if u are hanging the (Don't disturb) the housekeeping will call u on the phone ???
