Price was expensive
comfortable beds friendly staff very clean rooms location was great, close to subway
*shower curtain was too short and flooded the bathroom floor every day. i felt bad for the cleaning staff b/c there was no helping it
The hotel was very clean, and the staff were very nice. The rooms were very comfortable and spacey.
We liked everything.
Me and my wife stayed at the hilton for one night, and it was a very good experience. Room was nice and clean, the location is perfect. Valet parking was also very convenient. Room service was also very good. Staff was very nice and helpful. All in all everything was very good!
Easy access to transportation. Comfortable environment Freindly staff
My husband and I were very pleased with our decision to stay at the Hilton Times Square location. It is a pricey place to stay, however; you are in the middle of Times Square and within walking distance to everything. We were able to walk out the doors and catch the bus or subway train to wherever we wanted to go. Yes, it is a busy place so be prepared to maneuver in and out of traffic via it be walking or utilizing public or personal transportation. You will be pleased with you stay at this facility if you decide to book here. The rooms are clean, our view from #3312 was exceptional especially at night, water pressure was wonderful as was the water temperature. Housekeeping did a fantastic job of keeping our room clean and neat all 5 days we were there. Peter, one of the front desk representatives was very knowledgeable and helpful as he gave us some pointers on getting around during our stay.
I did not like how there is a representative there approaching their clients as they arrive trying to encourage them to take one of those 90 minutes tours to sell you a time share or vacation spot. I feel this is unnecessary as the Hiltons do not need to promote themselves in such a manner as being pushy sell people on their property.
Good location for a theater weekend.
I found the front desk staff to be boarderline rude.
Friendly, helpful staff, especially Gerald Tapper on the Security desk downstairs - a credit to the hotel.
very helpful staff ...the concierge downstairs was great keep up th good work
Great location very clean
Centrally located and very convenient for the theaters. Also has easy access to the Subway and Hop-On-Hop-Off buses. A clean and comfortable room with a fabulous view of the Empire State Building (our level was 36). Friendly and professional staff.
Crowds on street Friday night
Location perfect for vacation. Subway stations, Port Authority Bus Terminal, Broadway shows and shops are very accessible.
The concierge should be more knowledgeable. In a few occasions I inquired, I find her to be a bit rude - I was not finish with my query she interrupted to provide the wrong answer. Concierge should not assume the client didn't do their research. Sometimes query made with the concierge is just a needed confirmation of data gathered. Perhaps, concierge can assist better, if they listen attentively before giving the answer. Free WIFI should be provided in the room.
No free wi fi
We liked the updated modern look. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Great location. They allowed us to check in early, which was a pleasant suprise.
Had cocktails at the bar that were overpriced. It was around 5pm which is happy hour for most bars. Cosmos and gin and tonics were $16.00 each. Wouldn't do that again!!
Location is excellent
Location and view from our room of the city. and the bell men.
The price of your food and that nobody could really give us true directions.
The title says it all. Central to all amenities and the theaters. No need for cabs. Trains, Metro and airport connector all within a block. Staff are very proud and helpful. Always a smile with no request too much trouble.
Two elevators to reach the street.
The hotel is around the corner from Times Square next to one of the main subway station stops. Lots of food places around. Broadway shows are 1 block away. Hotel is very clean. Bedroom was great - we had a high floor with beautiful view (as per requested). My wife and I had our anniversary on the holiday and the maid left us a dessert cake in our room. Would stay there again in a heart beat.
$13.95 for wifi in the hotel room, whereas Holiday Inns have free wifi. We all know the price of internet (and routers), so this was a shame.
Location is right in times square.
Strange way to a cess hotel.
Location was right next to subway, bus terminal, right in Times Square. Excellent staff and comfortable spacious rooms
Fine interior, nice room
Elevator problems. Very noisy in Times Square.
Staff was not friendly or helpful.
