The hotel was very clean, and the staff were very nice. The rooms were very comfortable and spacey.
We liked everything.
Me and my wife stayed at the hilton for one night, and it was a very good experience. Room was nice and clean, the location is perfect. Valet parking was also very convenient. Room service was also very good. Staff was very nice and helpful. All in all everything was very good!
Easy access to transportation. Comfortable environment Freindly staff
My husband and I were very pleased with our decision to stay at the Hilton Times Square location. It is a pricey place to stay, however; you are in the middle of Times Square and within walking distance to everything. We were able to walk out the doors and catch the bus or subway train to wherever we wanted to go. Yes, it is a busy place so be prepared to maneuver in and out of traffic via it be walking or utilizing public or personal transportation. You will be pleased with you stay at this facility if you decide to book here. The rooms are clean, our view from #3312 was exceptional especially at night, water pressure was wonderful as was the water temperature. Housekeeping did a fantastic job of keeping our room clean and neat all 5 days we were there. Peter, one of the front desk representatives was very knowledgeable and helpful as he gave us some pointers on getting around during our stay.
I did not like how there is a representative there approaching their clients as they arrive trying to encourage them to take one of those 90 minutes tours to sell you a time share or vacation spot. I feel this is unnecessary as the Hiltons do not need to promote themselves in such a manner as being pushy sell people on their property.
The staff was very pleasant, even while contending with major "technical problems. One young lady even offered to walk up 1 flights of stairs to retrieve a change of clothes for my wife. She has only been working at the hotel for a couple of months.
Computer problems at check-in delayed our processing. Computer could not produce key. We went up to our room and had to wait a few moments die security personnel to arrive to open room. Returned from lunch, picked up key from desk and then learned that all elevators were inoperable. After about an hour, I (age 74) walked up 13 flights of stairs to room and then found that the keys didn't work and no one answered the hall phone. After going back down about 6 flights, I ran into the front office manager. He was very nice and walked with me to the room and opened the door. I told him that I had never encountered this many problems for a hotel stay. He was very understanding and promised to "make things right" by us. Our experience, I'm sure, is not the norm for this hotel but for us, the first day was "the perfect storm."
Good location for a theater weekend.
I found the front desk staff to be boarderline rude.
Friendly, helpful staff, especially Gerald Tapper on the Security desk downstairs - a credit to the hotel.
very helpful staff ...the concierge downstairs was great keep up th good work
Great location very clean
Centrally located and very convenient for the theaters. Also has easy access to the Subway and Hop-On-Hop-Off buses. A clean and comfortable room with a fabulous view of the Empire State Building (our level was 36). Friendly and professional staff.
