They attempted to charge over $1800 on my ax card for a $500 bill. I had to point it out twice and they stated "oh well it will fall off in 5-7 days". When pushed they finally said they'd remove $680 but never did.
Not a blade of grass out of place. Not one piece of litter. Every single employee was pleasant
That we were put in a far back room with a view of the back parking lot, when clearly the hotel had plenty of room.
How pretty the property is
The pool was not heated to a high enough temperature for comfortable swimming at night. The dinner restaurant had the worst food I'd ever eaten for which we were given a 10 per cent discount...they should have not charged us at all. The steak was burned and tough. The veggies were soggy and gray looking as if they'd been saved for a long time then microwaved...disgusting. I asked the waitress what color brussel sprouts were. She replied green...well ours were dingy gray!
Great location. Nice room but furnishings were a little worn.
The first night the air conditioning was broken they offered to bring us fans we had to sleep with the door open because of how hot it got. We then return to our room after being out and was not clean had to complain multiple times for management to help us which she was very rude. Then she moved us rooms and my mother in law sat on a toliet seat that was split in half and cut herself on it this was in the new room. At this point we walked to the hotel to speak to manager In person and she offered us a incident report and she will waive resort fee . Its ridiculous at this point from having a miserable 24 hour stay we had to argue with her to finally get one night removed staff was rude. Only person who was sweet was the guy who came and fixed our toliet. I do not recommend this place Unless they have nicer managent to resolve issues in a better way not make us argue to feel accommodated
The bed was comfortable
The location is great for hiking Tucson.
Carpet was stained and needed replaced. Management did not offer key to mini-bar upon check-in. Dining table top wasn't clean.
Separate living and sleep quarters. Ample supply of large towels
The valet parking was overwhelmed.
The bed The TV The golf cart option The Staff
It was fabulous ! Enjoyed the scenic views and the service we received ! Looking forward to returning !
Noise from little league kids...running in the hallway and jumping on beds at all hours of the night. This happened two of the three night we were there.
We went there for my daughter's 13th birthday and the first night she took a couple of friends for some swimming. A child had defecated in the pool and they had to close it down for the evening, which ruined my daughter's birthday night with her friends. On the Saturday afternoon of our stay, we went out to play some tennis, but the tennis shop was already closed and there wasn't much else to do there with our kids so we went for a stroll around the resort and spent the rest of the afternoon in the room, which we could have done at home for free. Overall, I was disappointed with my choice of resort for the weekend with my family.
Location and scenery was beautiful. Employee at the fitness center was very knowledgeable and courteous.
staff was knowledgable but totally detached from their customers, I was a handicapped customer put into a room that was a FAR, FAR walk, requested medical fridge didn't arrive until way after I checked in. Rooms were dusty, stained, etc. Husband and young son encountered a wild pig (Javelena I think?) in the parking lot-- rather scary, big bugs lurked in the hallways...
scenery from hotel
Room service was a bit slow
Staff overall were prompt and courteous. Pool size was perfect and our kids had a wonderful time
Noise in halls and adjacent room. Food was less than desirable.
Liked everything. From Satff, food cleaniless. Will be back here again.
That you don't have a choice when it comes to the "service charge" of $20 a night. When signing in they give you a piece of paper that tells all the things you "get" for your $20: 2 free bottles of Nestle water (2 bottles total, not 2 bottles a night!), 15% off of a massage (I don't do massages), an hour for one on the putt putt golf round (we didn't have time for this or anything else on the list). It should have been a choice!! Also, when I arrived they charged me $50 more a night than what I confirmed through Booking and it was solved only because I had my print out of the Booking confirmation. They did not apologize and were very "snitty" that I was getting that lower price. Upon checkout, a woman rapped on our door at 11:02am (check out is 11:00a), and asked if we had late check out (this cost more money), I said "No, we are checking out now" she turned and left without saying a word. I feel we were not treated respectfully throughout our stay and wouldn't reserve there again.
Nice facility, on Saturday there was an astronomer on site and we got to look at the sun and Saturn, very cool.
