There were no microwaves or refrigerators in the room.
The room was beautiful. The staff were very friendly. The bed was extremely comfortable.
My room wasn't ready when I arrived after 3:30 and it took me a hour to check out. They need more baggage carts!
I enjoyed my stay and the staff was friendly and very accommodating.
The only thing I wish could have been different, is the room could really use a mini fridge.

The room size of the king suit was nice, the breakfast was really good and the staff was very friendly and accommodating to any needs.
We arrived in our room on the second nights stay and the heat in the room exceeded 85 degrees. The staff only turned off the heat that night but we still had to sleep with the door partially open to get any relief. We felt we shouldn't have been charged for that night. The hotel felt differently. Very sad about the treatment.

Bath room too small not enough counter space, poor lighting, no exhaust fan . No hot water first nite , working on the boiler was given as reason.

The bed was too soft. However, I have back issues and sleep on a very hard mattress at home.
All staff was friendly and courteous. Dinner and breakfast in the restaurant was excellent. For the hotel to be completely booked, the noise level was very low and not disturbing.
To pay over $200 for our stay, we were not provided with a fridge. The staff seemed at times both rude and misinformed about the amenities they offered. Upon arrival our correct number of beds booked was not provided so a room change had to be completed, and parking on the property was $15/night for guests. I will not stay here again.
The location placed us in close vicinity to the major highways and to the sights in DC. Our room was clean and comfortable.
Upon check in we were given a room with two double beds, but I'd booked a "king" room. The front desk clerk said that my reservation indicated I'd booked two double beds, but moved our room anyway (after letting us know with a hint of attitude that there might not be any rooms available). The room she moved us to was tiny, dirty, and had an incredibly uncomfortable mattress. I found my reservation and went back down to the front desk, showed a new front desk staff person that I had booked a "king" room, and he moved us right away into a king room. No comments, no resistance--just decent customer service. This room was much bigger, a bit cleaner (though the show curtain was full of mold) and the bed was much more comfortable. I doubt we will be back.
Mandatory valet parking near 20 daily wasn't mentioned anywhere online. For the money, we could have done better.
It was clean and cozy. Staff was nice.
No microwave, no fridge, pillows were dirty, tub wasnt clean looking. I should have went to the Mariott.
