I liked the service the staff, my experience in dealing with the staff from checkin to check out was a great one.

My room was disgusting, we arrived at the hilton around midnight with our 2 grandchildren for Nation Play Day, while my husband went to find something to feed our grand children i went into the bathroom where i found hair all over the sink, toilet and floor, but because it was late, I was overlooked that and continued to get my 5 year old granddaughters settled, I started unpacking and as i opened the drawer to put their clothes in it I noticed a jar of peanutbutter, believe it or not because it was late I overlooked that too, but the straw that broke the camel's back was when I pulled back the comforter and sheets on one of the beds; there was some red sticky stuff, smeared makeup and some other brown substance on the comforter and sheets. I called the desk and asked for a manager to no avail, however the woman at the front desk did give us another room and she sent a bell boy up to help us, so I had to gather all of our things and our grand children to move, which was a great inconvenience, one that I could not imagine happening at a Hilton hotel.

Very much appreciated the mint & cranberry ice water dispensers in lobby - especially as we travelled in late July/early August

Internet charges for wired connection in room and wireless only in lobby; also, business center services extremely expensive - faxing, copying, printing..

Great location, nice rooms. Very pleasant hotel.

Everything extra is very expensive. Parking for hotel guests 32 dollars per day is really too much. Breakfast 20 dollars plus plus.... No, there is good place named Cosi closeby, we paid 12 for both of us and the orange juice was fresh.The problem with charging so much is that we did not spend an extra dime there.

Service, going beyond the call of duty & excellent value.

We reserved a double bed smoking room & all that was avaliable at check in was a king smoking. Also for the price, I would think there would of been atleast a refrierator & microwave. The guest that were staying in room beside us, fought or something all night long. Was extremely loud, until late hours of night early morning. I feel as if the hotel should of been more accomadating, due to not having correct room as reserved overa month ago.

Great Hotel at a good location. In conjunction with the great offer we got from Booking.com it was the perfect stay in Washington.Staff was very friendly and professional.

Good location (if you are traveling by car). Clean and quite rooms (except wc). Very convenient "internet" area near lobby

Untrained and unfriendly staff. Hotel logistics are insane (for example, you should first register than park the car and unload luggage, but you could not leave the car near hotel to register). Noisy restrooms (you can hear everything from next room)

Every single employee was friendly, able, and professional.

The hotel is not particularly close to a Metro stop and the hotel itself is rather large and therefore, at times, common areas were rather crowded.

staff was amazing...pool was perfect for the kids...the fact that our kids ate free was a treat....great hotel I would stay here again and recommend to anyone

Good location and room was excellent.

The remote did not work initially and when I called for assistance they said no one could come to the room until after 11:30pm. The staff in the restaurant were abrupt.
