On the Las Vegas Strip, this elegant resort is home to the famous Garden Arena concert and sports venue. A casino and tropical-inspired pools are also available.
Score from 4771 reviews Very good
I was very impressed with the beautiful surroundings. The rooms were clean and nice.
We didn't get clean glasses or coffee each day. I also thought the lobby music was a bit loud and very outdated.
Italian restaurant in courtyard
No shopping which they advertise pool was open but pool bar was not. Like a ghost town most the time.
Everything was perfect.
All was perfect.
Nice location on Lake Mead
No bar or reataurant or room service after 11pm. That's difficult for a traveller from NY who is used to all hours availability. Especially if one arrives late at the hotel after long travel.
- The location is serene; Newly furbished room, and lounge music at night
- Resort fee charged but actually the facilities is very limited at least in winter
This hotel is completely elegant and on a beautiful lake. My girlfriend and myself were there for New Years and the staff arranged for a party, their were fireworks on the lake, fantastic staff, elegant room, and we got a fantastic deal considering it was New Years ($50 less than being on the Vegas Strip). Overall, could not have been better. The best hotel experience I have had. It used to be a Ritz carlton and shows.
It was 15 minutes from the Vegas Strip but it ended up being a positive because it was more intimate and we could relax more. Our first night was at the mgm and it was nice to be somewhere more mellow the second night. Ended up partying with a couple we meet there.
The location is to far from Vegas strip
The layout was spectacular!!
Shuttle was not running on new years even if the strip was close. Could have arranged to at least drop the customers somewhere. Also the shuttle timings should be extended to midnight or something. Who gets done at 9:30 pm? It was the last shuttle from the strip.
Room was spacious and comfortable. Checking easy and friendly.
I found hair in the shower drain. Bad news. It seemed like they were having staff issues as others were complaining at checkout.
A long on shops & restaurant closed
Great location with lake nearby for activities, shops for food. Great grass patch for dog to run around without leash.
Dog found a rat in bushes. Building and interior was slightly aged.
Stayed one night on the way from Utah to California. That was a long-awaited rest after long journey on a car from Salt Lake City to LA. We enjoed this short term stay. Very good breakfast. Amazing court with beautiful garden. Fresh air. Interesting village around the hotel. We liked everything. The price is affordable for those people, who want to see Las Vegas but not ready to pay for overrated hotels and other services in the city center. But this hotel is located not so close to all mein places in LV, so for long term stay you should to rent a car or get ready to get all sites in LV by shuttle.
Nothing. Everything was perfect.
I booked two rooms for myself and a colleague whilst filming in tjte US. It was a long week and arriving at the hotel late, we were told only one room was booked despite me showing the reception staff the confirmation email and the amount being held on my card - matching that of 2 rooms. I then had to wait for nearly an hour whilst a second room was booked by my company in England - 4am their time. The staff didn't offer me a drink or tell me what was going on whilst nearly an hour whilst a second room was booked by my company in England - 4am their time. The staff didn't offer me a drink or tell me what was going on whilstthis was happening. The following day, I called the hotel once we had left to check that three rooms Me I was going mad. It wasn't until her supervisor average hotel and not worth it. Go elsewhere explained that whatever the situation was, I'd only be charged for 2 rooms. It was a lot of stress over an weren't going to be charged and I was told, yes three rooms had been booked and three guests had checked in. The receptionist hammered into me that three guests had checked in and almost in no uncertain terms, told
The resort was beautiful and very clean. Friendly staff.
Pool closed very early. Most shops are closed, so only a few restaurants available; but no shopping
Comfortable room, nice lake view
Unpleasant odor in lobby and room
Location, dining options, pool area, landscaping.
There was minimal attention given to keeping the common areas tidy, i.e. dishes and bottles left on the courtyard table overnight, full ashtrays, garbage at the pool and beach areas.
The architectural design of the hotel reminded me of my trip to the Mediterranean and coastline drive in Italy. The village and lake were easily accessible from the hotel. The employees were friendly and very helpful from the day we arrived to the day we left. We will definitely return with the GrandKids.
Many of the stores in the village were vacant and the Casino was closed. I am sure that this will all be resolved by the time we return next year.
to stay away from the strip
to be far away from the strip
Very cheap for this type of facilities/service. Cool pool.
Locaiton is VERY far from Vegas itself. There is a free shuttle but it was booked out for the way back...the ride to back to the hotel costed us $100 :-(...make sure you book it in advance
The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was nice and big.
Was next to a familly with young kids and our rooms connected so we could hear everytthing through that door. It wasn't too bad until Sunday, when you want to sleep in and they woke up early.
all the shops in the resort area were closed
Hotel is away from the Las Vegas bling bling. Good, quite location, clean spacious rooms.
Fridge did not cool properly. Long walk from parkin lot to room. Depending on your room location hotel can be a maze.
