A long on shops & restaurant closed
Great location with lake nearby for activities, shops for food. Great grass patch for dog to run around without leash.
Dog found a rat in bushes. Building and interior was slightly aged.
Stayed one night on the way from Utah to California. That was a long-awaited rest after long journey on a car from Salt Lake City to LA. We enjoed this short term stay. Very good breakfast. Amazing court with beautiful garden. Fresh air. Interesting village around the hotel. We liked everything. The price is affordable for those people, who want to see Las Vegas but not ready to pay for overrated hotels and other services in the city center. But this hotel is located not so close to all mein places in LV, so for long term stay you should to rent a car or get ready to get all sites in LV by shuttle.
Nothing. Everything was perfect.
I booked two rooms for myself and a colleague whilst filming in tjte US. It was a long week and arriving at the hotel late, we were told only one room was booked despite me showing the reception staff the confirmation email and the amount being held on my card - matching that of 2 rooms. I then had to wait for nearly an hour whilst a second room was booked by my company in England - 4am their time. The staff didn't offer me a drink or tell me what was going on whilst nearly an hour whilst a second room was booked by my company in England - 4am their time. The staff didn't offer me a drink or tell me what was going on whilstthis was happening. The following day, I called the hotel once we had left to check that three rooms Me I was going mad. It wasn't until her supervisor average hotel and not worth it. Go elsewhere explained that whatever the situation was, I'd only be charged for 2 rooms. It was a lot of stress over an weren't going to be charged and I was told, yes three rooms had been booked and three guests had checked in. The receptionist hammered into me that three guests had checked in and almost in no uncertain terms, told
The resort was beautiful and very clean. Friendly staff.
Pool closed very early. Most shops are closed, so only a few restaurants available; but no shopping
Comfortable room, nice lake view
Unpleasant odor in lobby and room
Location, dining options, pool area, landscaping.
There was minimal attention given to keeping the common areas tidy, i.e. dishes and bottles left on the courtyard table overnight, full ashtrays, garbage at the pool and beach areas.
The architectural design of the hotel reminded me of my trip to the Mediterranean and coastline drive in Italy. The village and lake were easily accessible from the hotel. The employees were friendly and very helpful from the day we arrived to the day we left. We will definitely return with the GrandKids.
Many of the stores in the village were vacant and the Casino was closed. I am sure that this will all be resolved by the time we return next year.
to stay away from the strip
to be far away from the strip
Very cheap for this type of facilities/service. Cool pool.
Locaiton is VERY far from Vegas itself. There is a free shuttle but it was booked out for the way back...the ride to back to the hotel costed us $100 :-(...make sure you book it in advance
The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was nice and big.
Was next to a familly with young kids and our rooms connected so we could hear everytthing through that door. It wasn't too bad until Sunday, when you want to sleep in and they woke up early.
all the shops in the resort area were closed
Hotel is away from the Las Vegas bling bling. Good, quite location, clean spacious rooms.
Fridge did not cool properly. Long walk from parkin lot to room. Depending on your room location hotel can be a maze.
Very nice hotel with pool and poolservice. Nice restaurants near the lake and at walking distance.
Great place to get away, wish more shops were open.
Not enough people to interact with, too empty.
The hotel amenities are excellent - lovely rooms, tasteful main lobby area and bar and nice pool area. Had a fabulous tapas meal from the bar/restaurant.
The pool area was not very clean - perhaps because it is under-utilised by the very few guests we saw. Being charged Las Vegas taxes AND occupancy tax was a little outrageous - more tax than the Bellagio seems a little greedy by the Hilton.
No towels at pool No strawberry for colada drink. No Budweiser but PBR? Really?? No Casino. 20.00 to use the steam room and hot tub. Isn't that included?
It was a very good offer
Price of the SPA has been added even we didn't use
Location was great, views fantastic. Felt like a great place to have a weekend break.
Wifi was patchy but at least in this Hilton it was free. The bellhop desk was impossible to get hold of from your room. The loungers are fiddly and cheap which made our time by the pool a bit irritating
Food and drinks cost way to much
When I checked in Amanda at the front desk asked me if I was there on a special occasion, I responded yes our Anniversary, Amanda went above and beyond to bring us complimentary champaigne and chocolate dipped strawberries it was perfect being that our 4 year anniversary traditionally calls for fruit. Thank you Amanda. Also another gal at the front desk gave us complimentary breakfast vouchers for a minor inconvience as well. Thanks ladies awesome customer service.
We had got a shuttle ride to the strip, and asked for a return shuttle they said no problem however it turned out to be a problem because when we called for pick up they were full leaving us stranded on the strip with no ride back.
We wanted somewhere away from the craziness of the Strip to unwind on our last night of vacation and found it here! We got a great deal on booking.com and it was very comfortable and everything was perfect.
Walls are thin, so you can hear people in the other rooms, especially at night time. That was a bit loud.
Very comfortable high standard room. Fantastic pool and pool bar
Useable balcony would have been nice
Everything! Lake view was wonderful Pool was the best! Huge comfy room Huge bath We had a great time
Price a bit high for a hotel in vegas that is not near the strip. very high resort fee.
