Service, location, staff, the room, the breakfast, I chose this hotel cause the staff really seem to care about what people think of the hotel. And I wasn't disappointed. In fact, I'm going back there next week I liked it so much. |

Pick up was waiting at airport - good. Check in and check out quite good and painless. Pick up to take back to airport a bit tardy. Room smelt - not smoke but stall type smell. |

The location near the airport is very convenient and the shuttle bus service. Access from the lobby to the room is very complicated, an didn't have any staff to help with the luggage. |

Good breakfast, close to airport with free airport shuttle. I booked a non-smoking king but upon check in I was told that I would be in a smoking king, and finally negotiated a non-smoking double room. Shuttle bus also ran every hour, a more frequent service would be useful. |

Proximation to the JFK Intl airport is excellent and hotel shuttle to and from airport every hour is very convenient. Breakfast packs to go are convenient for those travelers who have to travel very early outside of breakfast hours. Pamphlets on activities of interest in the lobby are good for those who like to sightsee and some offer discounts which are helpful for shoppers. Large table in the room. Takes up too much space and I think it unnecessary. Airconditioning is a little noisy |

Hotel is clean, efficient, basic choice for a good night sleep. Free wifi. Very nice continental breakfast. Not hotel fault, but at night, the Airtrain is scary for a first timer to figure out. Location for hotel shuttles needs better signage in the airport. |

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Havint to take the airtrain, after a long trip and heavy baggage, when you are expecting to be picked up at the airport, was not the best of surprises. The fact that there was no restaurant at the hotel and dinner had to be ordered to a choice of only 3 restaurants. |
