As an overnight stay close to the airport for easy access to the airport the location was good. The shuttle to the airport could run twice per hour not just once per hour. Only food available at night is via a delivery service.

Hotel clean & good location for JFK. Receptionist was not able to find our bookings initially (3 rooms) - in spite of my having a Confirmation. After several anxious minutes they were eventually found. Why there was any problem in locating the info immediately is a mystery to me.

Everything was fine, nothing spectacular We had a room in basement level, which is bad. The exhaust from cars is going directly through the window. These rooms should be ate least 30% cheaper from "normal" rooms. But, it was completely renovated with new furniture and there was no other room available, so at the end we accepted it.

The staff was friendly and courteous. Every time we were in the hall, the wait staff stopped and said hello. They all made us feel welcome. No in room refrigerator.

The staff were amazing. I have never been inclined to review a hotel before but the staff were so nice and kind to me. Should be more info about location, maybe directions from the airport on booking confirmation.

free shuttle bus to/from the airport breakfast started to late so we were not able to have any pillows were hard and uncomfortable towels were old and tatty rooms were dark and worn out

Nothing Very noisy location therefore we could not sleep well. Neighborhood is simply scary but it is not actually hotel's fault. However, what is really dissapointing is the fact that nobody was keen in helping me with my luggage when we turned up to the hotel at 11pm. I had to pick a trolley then load/unload all my belongings and then taking them to my room myself, as my wife was looking after our baby. The staff was looking at me sweating with my 6 suitcases of around 30 kg each, and they simply did nothing. Same situation ocurred next morning when we left, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone as they clearly do not know anything about customer service or being nice.

Clean room No restaurant - wet night to go out on foot and all take away options provided were over stretched. Shuttle bus not frequent enough. Noise from traffic in car park at back woke me at 3 am!

the manager invited all customers to the cafeteria to enjoy food and beverages... that was a very special gesture and makes the Holiday Inn a want-to-stay hotel, not only budget friendly but truly friendly!

It is located near the Kennedy airport. The hotel itself is clean and the rooms comfortable. The personnel was very friendly also. There was no restaurant in the hotel to have a dinner or even a cup of coffee in the daytime.

I like the location of my room and also the fact the staff called the room to see if it was ok. I didnt like the fact I smelled marijuana in the hallway and also the staff didnt explain my check in procedure properly when it came to using cash or credit card.

The manager was extremely helpful, returning the shoes my husband forgot by FedEx at Holiday Inn's expense. Because of her response we plan to book again when we travel through Kennedy We could have saved Holiday In money as we returned to the hotel at the time we indicated we would to pick up the shoes which were supposed to be left at the front desk. The clerk could not find them.
