The door was broke and instead of putting me in a different room, maintenance rigged the door for my stay. Not impressed!
The staff were all friendly and helpful.
The staff was extremely accommodating to our needs, they greeted us with smiles and a delightful attitude. Could be happier with all of the staff.
That a national hotel chain of this size and the number of guests it accommodates did not have but one tube toothpaste in its facility to provide. I could understand running low but to only have one the person in charge of logistics may need to be retrained
the decor was nice, very clean, quiet, private, parking was good, nice bathroom
the location was a little inconvenient because if you miss it, you wind up in an exit only lane and have to loop around again so drive slowly so you don't miss it
Relative closeness to Salem. Shuttle from hotel.
Couldn't take bath
coffee in the reception
high price noisy
Rooms were spotless, water was hot, bathrooms were spotless. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Beds were like sleeping on clouds. Excellent!
The only thing missing was a room refrigerator. That would have been nice.
Quick drive into boston , but actually location is visually a bit off. Having said that hotel offers fair value in a very over priced boston hotel market
I thought the front desk staff was very nice and friendly and professional. My room was clean and neat.
Accessing the hotel from the highway
I ask for late check out since we check in late they only have us a half hour I think that was not good.
This hotel is clean, comfortable, affordable and has plenty of parking. It is right next to Carrabas Italian restaurant. It is located only a few miles from Salem.
We were very dissatisfied with the breakfast buffet. The eggs were runny; the hot food was not hot; service was poor. When we asked for our check and advised the manager of the problems, he was kind enough to not charge us. We opted to eat out the next few days. The bathroom had no ventilation; there is no dresser to put your clothes in, only shelves; bring your own hangers. These problems however, were minimal and we would stay there again.
Overpriced Breakfast not included as at other HI's Pillows too hard, too small No where close to eat after 10 pm. Difficult to drive in the area. Location is ok, but requires persistence.
The room was clean and comfortable it was a quick trip into Boston
Vending machines were not working on any floor. Could not get a bottle of water and the ice machine did not work either.
Needed to get a hotel with value & location for a Two day college tour in the Boston / Massachusetts area. This hotel was perfect for exactly that purpose. Rooms were very clean and close to where we needed to go.
At check in they were not going to allow me to stay because due to illness I had lost a lot of weight & looked different from license. Embarassing. Had to go in to detail about illness & beg! Beds were uncomfortable.
Room/Suite was very comfortable and relaxing. Price was outstanding! Very professional/helpful staff.
Very poor Wi-Fi connection. Kitchen had only forks/knives. No spoons-tough to eat soup/yogurt/cereral.
They gave me a breakfast coupon as a consolation.
Sheets were pilling. No refrigerator in rm. No tea bags even though they said there were.
I signed a form once and initial twice for the non smoking policy. The room we stayed at smelled as cigarette and there was a matches box on the floor. We gave it back to the receptionist and complaint about it
Would. No recommend Holiday Inn & Suites Boston Peabody to other travelers
Facilitie..Value for money ..Wi-Fi .Comfort .
Clean. Overall, I would say if it is the right, it's okay since it's not too far from downtown Boston. The area around in Peabody is a dead zone. The recent renos are good, but the cleaning staff was a little frustrating since they entered my room at 840 despite having the no service needed sign up. No apology, no attempt at English, they just walked away.
The bed, the large clean room, the value.
Did not understand at first that breakfast was not included. Waited for a while, then left after realizing one waitress was not going to be able to handle the large crowd that was there on a Sunday morning in August.
My room was spacious and the bathroom also ect: tub and shower
