We stayed at this chic east village apartment and loved it. We had everything we needed and the host and staff were great. Can't wait to visit again.

Three flights of stairs! Not their fault though. Will come back anyways :-)

It is located in very nice neighborhood, close to restaurants, bars, train station. It is so clean and the attention to get to the place was excellent. Highly recommended

    Nothing to say.

The flat was cozy and we felt well taken care of. The subway is two short blocks away. Lots of restaurants and nightlife. Loved our stay.

This is no fault of the owner's but we had to walk up 3 flights (no biggie just wished NYC was more elevator friendly :-))

*Cosy apartment *Gave you all the amenities to cook wash clothes etc *the people were nice

*The basics were clean however when you looked the place was generally dirty. *the location is ok for bars and restaurants the area is nice but in relation to where it is in comparison to where all the sights are they are at least an hours walk to get to them. *because of the 2 reasons above I could have had a decent hotel uptown for the same price, therefore not great value for money.

The apartment was well presented. It was enough space for us 3, clean and well-appointed.

Nothing to complain about really. The east village is a fantastic neighborhood. There is something for everyone there and lots of great food.

I don't know where to begin as I had a fantastic stay. The east village is such a great neighborhood that there is no reason to leave and go elsewhere. Such great bars and restaurants and they are so unique. The staff at the apartment was so charming. The host kept in touch and made sure that we had everything. It's not for everyone as it's a holiday apartment and doesn't have 24 hour staffing. However, if you are looking to live like the New Yorkers do then this is the place to be.

Nothing to complain about other than my stay was too short. Will visit again :-)

The neighborhood, flat and staff was fantastic. The host had her assistant wait for us until the wee hours as we were arriving quite late with children. She was so sweet and friendly. Flat was impeccably cleaned and the East Village is such a vibrant and cool neighborhood. Would definitely visit again and recommend to others.

Only complaint is that there is no elevator but since I'm fit I can walk up the 3 flights (no biggie anywho)

The apartment is well located (East Village) and ok for two persons (as recommended, three are possible, but not ideal). It is well- equipped, you will find coffee-machine, toaster, fan, etc, everything works fine. We did not miss anything. The renting procedure was (once we were there) easy, we got all infomation we needed and some helpful recommendations on nearby restaurants, supermarket. etc.

It was not possible to reach the owner on the phone the day before we started (we´ve tried several times on the number named on the homepage)., so we had no infomation on how to get the keys, etc. There was also no prompt response to an e-mail we had sent before. After this we were quite worried if everything would work out with the apartment (but it did). It is not possible to leave luggage in the house after the check-out (but you can drop it at a nearby cleaner´s for 10 $ per piece). The bathroom is a bit narrow.
