I felt Very comfortable and it was clean and the employees we're friendly
I couldn't figure.out how to use the shower
I did not know what to expect but everything that I needed was provided. I get up early so breakfast served at 6:00 made my day! I'll stay there again.
There was covered parking.
Everything. One of the permanent residents had a creepy paper sign outside of his door referencing that he would be going after someone.
The staff was really nice. They went out of their way to make sure we were happy. The breakfast was nice too. I've never made my own waffles before. :)
I had seen a few bad reviews about this place. Calling it dirty, saying there was bad people hanging out around outside... Let me just say i didn't experience any of that. It was nice. The carpet wasn't the best, but what would i expect for $50?? Just don't put your stuff on the floor. Lol. It was worth it tho. I had a nice time. I would probably stay there again.
clean room and close to Mercy Hospital
elevator was not working, very noisy, a lot of homeless people around the hotel.
Nice breakfast of waffles and scrambled eggs
Police sirens from police car lot next door were annoying to sleep through; elevator disfunctional
had roaches on the walls hotel had a really bad cigarette smell. I got charged a fee when the hotel already had a smell I'm very disappointed in the staff
I appreciate hotels still functioning and representing "the old" culture. It was a good experience.
No elevator. The interior of the hotel could be better (new curtains, bedspreads, etc.) Entry to the facility could be more inviting.
The room was furnished like a room at a much higher rate and was clean. Staff were very responsive and friendly. They serve a full breakfast with waffles, scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, cereal, peanut butter and jelly, cake. Water in shower was hot.
Room got quite cold in the night. We luckily had a thin throw with us so we used it. They replenish the breakfast every half-hour and the hot food goes fast as do the paper plates. You then have to wait a while for it to be refilled. Shower is tricky, we had to ask staff how it worked.
Staff, clean, beds, breakfast.
I like the hotel because it was very clean and organized inside and out. The location is a little bad for the hotel but other than that it is great! I'd love to live there it felt like a nice apartment to live in. (: &the shampoo and lotion smelled really nice.
Everything was great! Very satisfied! (:
Great room n really Nice patio great staff n it was such a great price.
I liked it was cheap
I didn't like that it was that cheap. The bed sank in the middle, like a 600lb. person had jumped onto the bed.
My husband I and our little one were traveling from Lodi Ca, to la, as there was a sudden family emergency our intent was to drive all the way there, but the little one became cranky, and tired of being in her car seat so we booked online, when we arrived Janell was so welcoming, as we called ahead of time to assure the room would be ready when we arrived our keys were made check in slip printed, very thankful as the little one just wanted to lay down, the rooms were sweet, and simple could use some minor work (tlc) but the staff are awesome, Janell called up to assure everything was ok, we asked for an extra blanket, and before I hung up the phone there she was, breakfast was a plus, I would defiantly stay there again and encourage you to give it a try, :the staff makes up for what the hotel it self is lacking...
Wi-Fi sketchy signal just continued to load page never opened
Staff was friendly & helpful. Waffle breakfast included was a excellent bonus..
Close to amtrak, down comforter, flat screen tv, friendly staff
Worker's are friendly and helpful
Carpet dirty everywhere, shower doesn't work at my room
nothing it was horrible nvr will i stay there
everything twaeker shack
Staff was offensive. The place is ancient and disgusting. The place is centrally located in downtown an half a block from the railroad tracks. If you appreciate homeless people this is your place. I did not even stay. Upon arrival I was privy to see bicycles loaded into the elevator and one man carrying another that was too drunk to walk. Staff even remarked, "Yeah the pictures sure look different." When I asked to see the room before purchase I was refused. They did not have my reservation until I pulled it up on my computer. My request for a cab to be available was not recognized as they did not have my reservation. It was raining that night and I received no help getting another cab and was accompanied by a man dealing meth while waiting for the cab I called. Do not stay at this place!!!
We choose this hotel on short notice and I think we made a good choice. Of course we didn't want to spend a lot of money so, we were definitely looking for a good priced hotel. The Inn was very reasonable and lucky they had rooms available. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. The room was large with a nice king size bed, Flat screen Tv, and safe. They have a nice clean pool and a courtyard you can sit and read your book or just talked. My husband and I enjoyed that a lot. It was quite. The breakfast was very nice also. Waffles, bagels, and orange juice. I checked for bed bugs because you can never be to careful when visiting a hotel and I found none. Thank god. I would return to this hotel if I ever have to stay away from home again.
The ceiling is low. I'm pretty tall so I guess most people wouldn't really mind.
Everything! Surfaces were sticky, filthy and stained carpet and chairs, I had to saftey pin the curtains together for privacy. The floor lamp was placed in a location that didn't have a electrical outlet. We had to move it ourselves to have light. The personal made me wait at the desk while she had her cigarette. She watched me watch her the whole time. Personal wasn't at the desk, much. No coffee pot (as advertised) in the room. No Kleenex in the dispenser. Guess what else didn't work? The phone! Every time we needed what was SOPOSSED to be in our room, I had to go downstairs and wait at the desk to ask for it. I would have rather camped in a tent (and I'm well over the age, that it would be terribly uncomfortable) but it would have been better than this DUMP!
Out of coffee at breakfast. Food cold and not refilled when gone. Front desk staff was hard to find many times.
I booked my room nearly a month in advance and was told at 5:00 on the day of arrival that my reservation would not be honored. Was left hanging with no where to stay and ended up in a room almost 20 miles from where I needed to be. Caused massive stress on the weekend of my son's wedding.
The nice staff...wish I could remember her name. She was wonderful!
Everything was horrible. The bed was dirty as well as every inch in this so called 6 out of 10 star hotel. Took pics of everything especially baby cockroaches crawling which my 7 yr old son found while looking for the bible...by far worst experience ever.
