Not the best AC
Location staff the character and charm of the hotel
Location, facilities, restaurant. Helpful service.
Didn't have my reservation when I got there, but were able to accommodate me. Didn't have change for cash when needed. Be a little more organized.
Historic hotel with "antique" furnishings. Large room with comfortable bed, fridge. Helpful reception. Lift (elevator) and lovely staircase. On park of old town.
Just how the hotel looked.
Since the hotel was sold, the service is poor, the food was horrible, ac in old section hardley worked, and we were charged $27 more than what we reserved it for on your sight!!! Needless to say it was our last time there..
great food parking on street - good
Great hotel in general with a lot of history. Easy parking around the plaza (parking signs can/may be ignored)
The city of Las Vegas
Great Location you can walk around the Plaza and explore the litte shops and have a killer burrito at El Rialto. The room was beautifully restored and large and light. I understand the hotel is under new management and look forward to great changes for the better. The hotel is gorgeous and with good management will be a treasure.
The staff seemed very distracted and probablly under-staffed. The 26" television was hard to see across the room. the restaurant is only decent at breakfast and an extra piece of toast was $3!! The bar is very rowdy at night.
This is the only place to be when staying in Las Vegas: right on the plaza where all the locals hang out and those in the know come to stay. Clean and comfortable room with fabulous fixtures including a huge bathtub that was a joy to behold. Casual, but helpful staff and plenty of ambience.
Food was average. Wait staff were short-handed. Someone in the kitchen had a radio blasting.
the king sized bed was really king sized; very comfortable, affording a great night's sleep. Also, liked the historic building and location; and the Landmark Restaurant
one of the facets in the bathroom had to be fiddled with to turn off completely. If you turned it to far it started flowing again(picky, I know)
We have long been associated with The Plaza Hotel, going back many years. We have seen it to through many translations, not only with the bldg. itself but with the staff. We are hoping that things can continue in a positive direction for this wonderful establishment. Our check-in experience with Sean is always a delight, he is your all-around goodwill ambassador with hotel guests comfort and needs his prime concern.
We were sorely disappointed with our free breakfast. What is normally a well-prepared delicious meal was not the morning after our stay. Hopefully, that was a fluke, maybe a day off for the usual kitchen staff. The wait staff were all friendly and efficient, a delightful group.
service in braekfast is to slow
Restaurant staff were extremely nice and efficient as was the desk staff.
Charming ! Perfect location. Staff most accommodating. Want to come back!
the historic hotel the fantastic staff. free full breakfast,

WAITRESS IN RESTAURANT NOT FRIENDLY AND A/C IN FIRST TWO ROOMS NOT WORKING
Great clean room.
Unable to connect (wi-fi) and the television was small.
Very helpful and accomodating.
Sitting chair in room was broken.
Room was very clean but hot-helped to open window but not enough -staff polite and helpful
Impossible to eat breakfast there-could not accommodate number of people stay ing there.
So amazing to sleep in a history place
Location is great, right in the middle of the historic part of town.
Lovely historic property with a nice complementary breakfast.
Wi-fi was spotty.
Quaint historic building off the beaten path with nice accommodations and lovely meals.
