Sheets had stains and small holes TV couldn't be used due to really loud and sharp sound as soon as it's turned on. Old tube. Outside and hallway smelled like sewer Dining area is by entrance and across of check-in desk Hotel needs serious updating
Close to SLC
Neighborhood a little scary at night
Mostly the location, but the staff are a good reason to return also..
Staff telling me different things ie: prices, rooms available and discounts..
Nice Friendly staff. Large rooms.
Looks like an old school building on a motorway.
Bed was very uncomfortable, Shower was bad, Toilet paper roll holder was put together with duct tape, TV was not digital and not many channels and poor reception. It was not worth the $59. a night
They have free shuttle bus to (from) the airport. Woman at the front desk was very good !!!
The staff was extremely kind and helpful. They took good care of ys
There was a rank smell that came into our room on Thursday night. It smelled liked sewage. We heard a lot of the activities above us that we didn't want to.
Cheap, Close to Downtown
Building doors didn't close properly Breakfast was prepackaged sugar Old TV, no fridge
I was very pleased with the stay overall.
No variety of items for the breakfast bar, it was the same items each day
Competence of the front desk, well-prepared room, good location. Nothing super-spectacular but one gets his money worth. Also, well prepared and adequate breakfast.
Nothing that I can remember
Close to everything, short of the high priced accommodation.
Bathroom was a little small. Hard to close the door, so little space between the toilet an door swing.
worst place I have ever stayed in. OLD,OLD halls smelled, rooms smelled, power outage no emergency lights in hallway. towels were even ragged. maids loud in morning. breakfast was a joke.
Location - close to the Family History Library Great hamburger restaurant across the street, Staff was friendly and well trained Airport pick-up
Breakfast was scant even for a "continental" type
This place is an excellent value for money, they have a nice free continental breakfast. Was pretty close to a shopping center.
They charged for using the safe in the room- besides that all was great!
The location was great. Close to the Salt Palace and many eateries. Reasonably priced. Transportation from the airport and complimentary breakfast. The staff were friendly and helpful.
There is traffic noise particularly on the weekend nights. Airport shuttle didn't start until 8:00 am.
-free shuttle from airport -breakfast--yummy -room was clean, and lights on when we got home in the evening -free wifi -quiet room -hard working staff; girls were friendly
-neighbors in the shower at 3:00 a.m.
The hotel is in the poorer part of slc. Homeless and panhandlers are everywhere. The train kept us up all night.
Good location if you want to be in the city centre.Wifi excellent if you have windows 8,but this is true of all hotels in USA.Swimming pool outside.Parking no problem
Shabby hotel in need of renovation. No fridge..
The staff was absolutely wonderful! They knew where the best food, the cheapest gas, etc. was. They got us into a 2 bed room (instead of 1 and a cot!) with no hassle at all, even though it was booked up online! :) They were all friendly, laid-back but on top of things, and it was a good experience, all in all. Slept incredibly well!
Had to have maintenance fix our door because a screw was poking out. This made it unable to close. Turns out it had been fixed so many times, there was no wood left to screw in to. He was going to have to completely rebuild it with epoxy after we left. Made us feel a bit nervous, but he was able to temporarily fix it. Parking spots are small, but there are plenty. Wifi did take a while to get going, but worked well once it did. But, they are switching owners this year, so it might improve. :)
Location, free wifi, value for money
Breakfast dining room area is very small and crowdy.choise of breakfast is poor.
great location, close proximity to downtown and attractions. bed and pillows were comfy
