Location and the rooms are very spacious..

Sheets old and run out.. Breakfast was not well arrange or organized in tables. need renovation in rooms towels were very used/run out..need to be replace..

Room was quiet even though the place was packed, put the do not disturb sign on the door and wasnt disturbed all morning by housekeeping unlike other hotels

Bathtub and floor were dirty.

Had a very stale smoke odor on second floor had a sewer smell on first floor had unusual shower head configuration ice machine not working on second floor no remote for tv in room--had to go get one from front desk

The desk person was friendly. Plenty of parking. Overall the motel appeared to be maintained reasonably well. The wi-fi worked. The next door restaurant/bar was good and convenient.

The bathroom had a moldy smell. There was an odor in the hallways - perhaps cleaning chemicals. The courtesy breakfast was limited but ok. Overall, there was a dated feel about the place. I would recommend this HJ with conditions that the traveler realized that this is a somewhat dated hotel without some of the luxuries of a more expensive newer hotel.

Bathroom looked as though it had not been cleaned in weeks. My wife would not even use the shower. I would never stay again.

Descent place for a fair price. Housekeeping was on the ball. Staff was friendly. Establishment it's self could use a little upgrading but all in all it was a pleasent stay.

My boyfriend said he won't never stay again.

Piscine fermée, non accessible, nous avions choisi cet établissement en partie à cause de la piscine.

Cost was cheap (79$/night) with a continental breakfast in the morning. The location was convenient to go shopping at the Woodbury outlet mall. On our way back, we stayed at the Hyatt in Fishkill (and paid 109$ per night) . The room was sooo luxurous, it smelled so good (non-smoking hotel), breakfast included a hot buffet (eggs, bacon, homemade omelettes), and so on...Nice pool too. For 30$ more, this hotel was way better than the Howard Johnson in Newburgh (they are just 10km apart...)

Well, this hotel accommodates smoking and non-smoking. Even though you stay in the non-smoking aisle, it smells everywhere...They tried to cover the smells which brings it even worse.

Liked that we had a bed to crash in for a few hours, aside from that, nothing.

Most everything. Poor customer service to begin with in receiving access to the room late at night with young children waiting. Hideous bathroom, never remodeled since original building. Electric service was disappointing to say the least - lack of sufficient outlets and even available outlets were faulty. Overall, price and experience way out of balance.

The front desk staff - Brendan, and also the manager. Personable, efficient, interested, listened to what we were interested in and made great a recommendation for dinner. Location was convenient.

Room was kind of worn down. Tub stained, carpet stained.

This location is near the interstate 87 and we have the continental breakfest .

Quiet atmosphere. Comfortable beds. Reasonable price. Proximity to attractions. Quiet and consistent air conditioner.

No refrigerator. No microwave. Funky shower set up. Old room (but clean).
