Loved it! Service was personalized and exeptional. Breakfast was outstanding and afternoon tea was cozy and elegant. Best recommendation is that we have already planned our return trip.
What's not to like?
The details of everything. The style, the moodz
The scrambled eggs were over cooked. But otherwise a great breakfast.
We've been traveling New England for 2 weeks. The owners of this property have included every detail of comfort and quality. A stark contrast to chain hotels.
Charming, convenient, comfortable.
location, coziness of the inn, breakfast and snacks were amazing and staff very helpful and friendly
One of the best B and B's I've ever stayed in. The complimentary breakfast was fantastic. We also loved the location, just a short walk to down town Edgartown.
Great staff Excellent common space in which to have a glass of wine and read the newspaper Awesome breakfasts Very confortable room
Our room window overlooked the parking lot. For two mornings, very noisy due to a cyclist group preparing for their trip. The price was definately on the high side.
The staff were extremely accommodating and breakfast was outstanding
The front desk was AMAZING. Both girls were happy to direct us to places around the island that they were excited about. They drew locations on a map and sent us on their way. They were great. Breakfast was also phenomenal. The chef prepared the best scones I have ever tasted along with locally grown eggs and vegetables for the entrees. That was great.
The bed was unbelievably uncomfortable and the AC didn't turn on the first night of our stay. The combination of the two made for a rough first night.
Loved the made to order breakfast---delicious! It was so relaxing to sit on the porch and read the NY Times.
As one of only two sets of guests staying at the hotel, we were inexplicably put in the room (7) immediately below the other set of guests. We heard every movement they made when they moved around their room. They left after out first night so the problem went away with a vacant room above us for our second night. Not sure how the issue can be addressed in a building of the sort that it is but it is very unfortunate.
Surroundings - Friendly staff - Downstairs is magical! Food was great. Easy to get around in the city by foot. Over the top help in taking care of us.
We could hear the couple next to us which could have been annoying. AND it was terrific.
Family run business who welcome visitors like friends into their home. Breakfast and afternoon tea a delight.
The season starts in May on Martha's Vineyard and in April the majority of shops and restaurants where closed. Very quiet
One of The most welcoming place I've ever been. Feel just like home (hope I had One like that!). Laura
When serving breakfast, a little less waiting time would be preferable. But the staff is wonderful any way.
The staff was stupendous. The place was absolutely gorgeous, warm and comfortable. Perfect location. Rain check given for unexpected early departure.
That I had to leave unexpectedly.
the staffs are so friendly, proactively booking dinner reservation for you even you have not thought about dinner yet. If they did not book reservation we willhave no nice place to eat at all. The breakfast served by Hob Nob is excellent: home cooked, healthy, many variety
