Breakfast included and it was healthy. The sweet rolls were excellent, also. Balconys, could walk to town and price was reasonable.

The staff was extremely helpful in recommending places to go, restaurants, activities. The room was very comfortable with a small kitchen. The partial view of the ocean was nice.

We had a delightful stay at the Hofsas House Hotel. The staff was very friendly, and the location was excellent. The room had a nice warm feeling to it .

The staff was very friendly. They are dog friendly.

Beds were uncomfortable. Woke up sore every morning. Walls are paper thin. Heard everyone around us all the time. No place for dogs to do their business. Toilet leaked. Bathroom floor warmers are a nice touch but they didn't work.

The price was pretty good and the staff was nice.

Noise and uncomfortable bed. Sound really carried in this place. I could hear the person in the room next to me snoring and the person above me walking around. I would also avoid a room by the pool. Some kids broke in at 3am and woke everyone up near the pool.

The location was close to everything we wanted to do; within walking distance. Continental breakfast was great; were able to get and take tray to room.

The room we had did not have much space for our luggage. Bed was too soft.

A small detail to consider, the street and the side-walk is really "at the door".

Room showed as being tired and in need of renovation. Shower was too dark inside and if you showered after dark even darker. Lighting in the bathroom was too dim for shaving or putting on makeup.

You could most definitely hear your neighbors and there was a child staying in the room above us running around a lot.

Staff was so helpful and felt like family. View of the Pacific was great and the room had a kitchenette ....delightful hotel!
