    Kids loved the water park and arcade. The restaurant was very good and the wait staff were friendly. Everything we asked for we got in a timely manner.

    Easy check in/check out process Great Exercise facility Friendly staff Great breakfast

    I was given a handicap room without my request. I could not make it the first night I was scheduled to arrive, but was charged as if I was there. When I extended my stay, I was not told I would have to check out and then check back in to the hotel.

    There was black mold on the ceiling. They should have known not to book this room to anyone.

    Our blankets had blood and urin stains. They NEVER cleaned our room or took out our trash nor did they leave us more toilet paper. We had to wait in line for over 20 minutes just to check in. Only one set of elevators!! The outdoor pool was nasty and had to clean it our selfs. After complaining to 3 different staff members and waiting almost 2 hours they finally Sent someone to clean it. The water park staff was very rude. Their pools were Nasty and some of their slides were closed. The bathrooms are extremely small and no where to put your things. Very dissatisfied with this place do not recomend staying here for the all the money they charge!!

    Being close to Kauffman.

    How disgusting my room was. Mold in the shower, shower curtain rod pulling from the wall. Outlets not holding plug ins. Bad air conditioning. Dirty lobby bathrooms

    Location to the stadiums and ease to get to and from interstate. The fact the offer shuttle service to stadiums. Staff was very friendly.

    Beds were very uncomfortable. Wait times for elevators were 30 minutes at times. Having to use stairs at times from the ninth floor due to these waits. Try to include breakfast when you book otherwise you are paying $13.99 per person.

    Being close to the stadium. Might come back with our kids..but not with just my husband and I.

    Surprised my husband by getting Royals tickets and setting everything up by booking a king size room 2 weeks out online..thought i was doing great till i got to the hotel... finally getting checked in after waiting forever in line due to only have one staff behind the desk, walking into our room to notice it had two single back to the desk we went to wait..missing already 2 innings of the Royals game we had come to KC in the first place for. Finally it was our turn in line to tell the same staff lady behind the front desk what happened and she looks up our reservation after I gave her my online confirmation papers...and she quotes "There's not another king size bed...there isn't anything else I can put you in, we are all booked. I don't know what happened." No apology. I say in short...she better fix it and that's when another staff lady came out to help and nicely figured out some other staff changed our reservation for "unknown reasoning" and changed it back just by a click of a button..huh. The two staff ladies "had words"...and we finally got out king size missing half the game by the time we got to the stadium..Total ruined my surprise Royals game fun get away with my hubby... I could go into a lot more bout light fixtures hanging on by zip ties and lamps shades busted..but hey can't be perfect right?

    Staff was good; Elevators were convenient; parking lot was monitored and safe

    Air conditioning was out for 5-6 hours for maintenance

    We were in town to attend a Kansas City Royals game and the location was perfect!! We rode the free shuttle to the game and walked back to the hotel with our three kids. SUPER location!! We did the water park the next day and it was fantastic--we carried all of our belongings to the car and stayed at the watermark a couple hours after checkout. The breakfast was also great, overall a great experience.

    Our room was right next to the elevator, so we could hear the ringing of the bell late at night and early in the morning.

    Shuttle service to Royal's games.

    I had to wait in line for 50 minutes to check in. When I was finally able to check in they said my room wasn't ready and there would be a wait and they would call me when it was ready. I went to the Royals game got back around 10:30 and was able to get a room however they never bothered to call me to tell me the room was ready.

    Staff was friendly.

    I disliked the price of room and it did not include waterpark. I stayed at a Holidat Inn Express at another location for same price and it was a much nicer room. The room had a fridge, which was a nice ammenity, when having a child.

    I loved that I booked this room on for $200 less than the price on the holiday inn website. upon arrival I was greeting with a very friendly staff in an amazing hotel lobby. The elevator were right next to the lobby counter so we didn't have to search down a hallway for our way up. Our room was very spacious for the price and we had a 4th of July view of the sports complex across the highway! the waterpark was extraordinary for only $12 per person and they also had two free pools to swim at, one indoor and one outdoor. The indoor pool also had a hot tub to relax our tired muscles in. The restaurant down stairs had amazing food and a clean facility.

    When we first went in our room we were ready for showers immediately and unfortunately the tub did not drain well at all and there was black residue in the tub that I had to wash down the tub myself as we had a busy evening I did not have time to wait for maintenance to fix the problem. And once cleaned it never drained properly for the entire stay. The restaurant downstairs had great food, but not great service, the waitress was rude, impatient and her service was very poor. No refills were asked for and she assumed we were all having the buffet when we were not. After waiting 10 minutes she finally came back and said "Is there a problem?" Of which I responded "yes I'd like to order my food, and we also haven't received our drinks we already ordered" she was rude and said oh I will bring those out when I come back..6 minutes later we finally received our drinks and 30 minutes into our wait I finally received my plate of eggs, potatoes, and french toast. I did not leave her a tip because of that, my family was done eating their buffet by the time I finally received my food.

    The staff was great when needing directions. Loved the water park.

    The fitted sheet and mattress pads would not stay on the bed.

    Found bugs in bed the first night, they did move us, but room was directly under ballroom that had a wedding until after midnight going on. Our 2 year old did not get to sleep until after midnight either.. We were beyond ready to leave!!!

    Lobby was nice, Sheets were soft and house keeping were excellent.

    It's centered around a family water park. Make at least 10-20 jr suites and up the cost to make families more comfortable. Under staffed. Restaurant took FOREVER!
