Howard Johnson Inn San Diego Sea World

We had a one night in this hotel before the flight. It was very convenient to stay in this hotel. The staff was very good and the transfer service also. Just consider that the transfer works starting from 05:00

The shows we saw were fantastic. Enjoyed the animals and we happened to see several that were being playful. Fun!

Can't saw there was anything except the long lines but expected.

Liked the Handicapped room. Appreciated the ride to the airport, driver was very helpful. Had a bite of breakfast at 5am.

Beds were comfortable and the room was quiet.

General conditions are old and in need of repair. Rooms not real clean. Should be rated no higher than a 2 star hotel.

The hotel shuttle system in place is horrible. They really need to think about people that are getting into the hotel that need the shuttle to the airport that book after the 24 period to sign up for the shuttle. Need to put a NEW system in place that the hotel can call the shuttle service in case a hotel guest does not book 24 hours in place or their was a problem and they had to move their time. It is a little ridiculous that they cannot even call the shuttle to see if they could swing by the hotel for one of their guest that just spent over $100 dollars on their hotel room. The #1 reason we pick that hotel was because of the hotel shuttle to the airport but then find out that this "24 Hour" rule forced us to pay $21 to take a tax to the airport. In the future I will not be choosing this hotel again.

My room didnt lock so I called the front desk and was moved to another room. The young lady at the front desk came to the room and walked us to our new room. That was good service. The room was clean and we were told about certain deals on food near by.

I thought that I would get a discount because I am a aaa member. I was told because I booked through a third party that I couldnt recieve a discount. You can hear the noise from nearby rooms and when some one slams a door it feels like the room shakes.

Poor breakfast, surprisingly small outdoor pool, not enough vending machines

Rooms are very poor noise-wise, all that was being said in adjacent rooms was very clear. Air craft noise was also very loud. Only one ice machine and it was out of ice most of the times that we tried to use it. Vendor trash was pushed under the door several times through out the day.

The staff was great..! My grandson wanted to play a little longer in the pool so I checked with the front desk and they gave us an extra hour. Good value, great parking and Tio Luis' Restaurant upstairs was great as well. Would definetly stay at hojo!!

Except for the noisy neighbors next door talking at the top of their lungs late at night and early in the am, and the faint smell of seafood in the room, oh and of course the airplanes early in the am, the stay was pretty nice,

La relacion precio - calidad; por sus servicio hay cantidad de hoteles a un 40% de menor precio!

Hotellet skulle bruges til en enkelt overnatning inden min hjemrejse til Danmark, og til det var det ganske enkelt ikke brugbart p.g.a. den meget støj omkring hotellet.

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, besser als in 4 Sterne Las Vegas, und los angles war verwundert. Lage ist bisschen blöd, da in der Naeche Highway (aber kein Lärm), war. In ordnung aber nach 4 sterne la war ich bessl enteuescht, aber service perfekt, alles sauber.

Highway- wenn man mal fasch abbiegt mit dm Auto ist man gleich 20 min länger unterwegs.

- Price, main reason for booking here - Really close to SeaWorld (About 10-15 min) - Spacious room (Single King room) - Free continental breakfast, including make-it-yourself Belgian waffles. The rest is the typical free cold breakfast. - Free Wi-Fi (fast enough for surfing/typical use, but not fast enough to do anything crazy, like true gaming or streaming) - Clean - Available parking near rooms - Ease of checking in/out

- Tv was old crt (not flat screen); there was cable though - For our specific unit, 240, the door lock was messed up and should've been fixed. Literally had to swipe the key card 15 times to get in the room because the door handle wouldn't turn properly. The manager saw us trying to get into the room the first time, and he took a swing at it. It took him 10 tries. I would've thought he would've offered us a different room because it's ridiculous to expect a customer to take 5 minutes to get into their hotel room, but that didn't happen. Anyways, we never could get into the room with less than 5 tries each time.

Die Lage war Super, da es nur ca 5 min vom Sea World entfernt ist. Außerdem wird ein Shuttlebus angeboten. Anbei ist gleich ein gutes Mexikanisches Restaurant.

Very close to the Airport. Many business around. Very good location.

Location was good. Room is spacious.

A bit out of date, look and smell old. Parking is not easy if u r at the back of the building.
