the nice big room
i didnt like that they acused my guests that they was smoking in the room when they wasn't an i had to pay a fee of $140 an they didn't have any proff that they was smoking an i know they wasn't but i had no choose but to pay for that fine from $90.24 bill went up to $241.48 an i'm not very happy about that an for that i give them no*stars
The location of the hotel is very good on Lewers and Kuhio in the middle of Waikiki.
The hotel is not well kept by the "cleaning" staff. We stayed 10 days and our room was rarely vacuumed, our bathroom almost never touched, and the shower was never cleaned. The fold-out extra bed in our room sagged from worn out springs and the mattress completely collapsed, so it was unusable. The "kitchenette" wouldn't have passed a health inspection in a 3rd world country. There is a $6.50 PER DAY charge for "in room" WI-FI, but the desk clerk told us it wasn't worth it because the signal is bad. We had to go down to the lobby to use the free WI-FI. This hotel COULD be very nice, but it isn't well managed and certainly isn't up-to-date regarding WI-FI.
kidness of staff
The staff are fantastic The manager is hands on The property is clean They are very family orientated Very helpful Close to everything Feels like home
No toaster in the room
Carpets dirity, walls dirity, bathrooms to small, not enough shelf space in bathrooms, paint peeling. Coffee only in the morning. Wifi pour in rooms. For $ 10.00 more per day you can get wifi around the pool only. This place is on it's last legs, worst place we have stayed after 3 mouths traveling.
ALL of the front desk staff. Maintenance and housekeeping were also engaging and pleasant and efficient.
Outside of the annex, the property is long overdue for renovation but that will get done hopefully and the update will make the property more appealing and pleasant
Well located, quiet, clean, well equipped kitchen Good price
Unwilling receptionist not capable to find booking.com reservation, helpful manager Slow WiFi
The staff was very pleasant.
There is only about 20 parking spaces. First come first served. I paid in advance. When I got there i was charged a $250 deposit . The room look like it was falling apart. Carpet dirty , sheets dirty, paint peeling , no vents in bathroom . doors stuck .
Location n kitchen
Room on ground level,I'm Handicaped!
The location, the staff
price, location, level of quietness, services
Bed Bugs in room647!
The price was the main reason I stayed here. The rooms were old. The carpet was stained. I wasn't aware that they hold a $100 deposit...so I was out of $100 to spend
Recently renovated room is clean and functional. Bed wasn't particularly comfortable - wasnt horrid, but not what I'd consider a "hotel quality" bed.
We we placed on the ocean-side wing of the building (far from ocean) that is literally 10' from an active bar/night club next door on the same level (2nd floor). I was too tired to be bothered, but the boom-boom-boom-boom of the loud club music played until after 2am... for some this would be frustrating. Also, the front desk clerk (nice asian woman) was polite, but really REALLY slow.
Staff is very impolite Mean not professional Don't care for customer
Staff service not professional Some need to retraining Be more polite Many are low character low class Not nice to customer don't care
Stayed in Hilton Hawaiian Village Waikiki Beach Resort and Marriot Courtyard and have to say that Hokele Suites came out best!!!! Best value for money. Loved it! Will recommend to friends.
Kitchen was a plus..was able to cook daily. Next trip girlfriend will come so meals will be cooked when I get off from work .
The fact that Parking was a first come first serve. I wasn't too thrilled about walking for several blocks.
The Staff were great. We arrived after a long and tiring flight and a stressful drive, as David, The Driver, had not driven in the USA, on the right-hand side of the road before. It was very hot, we were exhausted, it was nice to be able to rest in air-conditioned comfort after our long trip. The kids were happy to have a two-bedroom unit with a little sitting area to stretch out. We all came together for a night-cap before going to bed. The Hotel was so close to the Restaurants and shops, a short walk and you are right amongst it all.
Low price, decent location, convenient access to a convenience store
Pretty terrible customer service with apathetic staff-problems were responded to with excuses and deflections, not resolutions; poor condition of room with peeling paint, chipped tile, and oddly placed appliances (cabinet door blocked by fridge door, toilet too close to door and t/p holder); non-functioning A/C; dripping shower faucet; sewer smell emanating from bathroom; lack of parking and spots are only assigned on arbitrary "first come first served" system based on when other guests check out. NOT RECOMMENDED
Convenient location. Daytime reception staff very helpful.
Hotel needs a revamp of rooms. Kitchen and bathroom very old.
