This survey is a total waste of time. The motel was in very poor condition. Really, one of the questions is ,"did I have a working toilet"!!! The things I did in Goodyear was fun. I will be back, just not in this hotel. Your pictures on line are a total misrepresentation of the facility!!!

Very good hot breakfast.
Very good hot breakfast. Frequent room cleaning and coffee upon request. Nice pool area. Friendly staff. Poor internet. Had to visit lobby for a decent connection.
No exercise facility or equipment. Broken vending machines. Microwave not working properly and quite old.
Would opt to stay elsewhere next time in Phoenix area.

Pursuant to our previous review, I would like to add the following which totally turned a bad experience to Excellent.
We expressed our dissatisfaction to Cindy, lady at the counter on the day of our departure. She was cordial, professional and sympathetic. She took down the details and assured me that she would speak with her manager who would be in at 2 pm and see what could be done for us.
I got a call just a couple of minutes after 2 from Cole (I think) who was very apologetic and took care of the matter. His professionalism totally changed our opinion about the hotel and we would definitely recommend to anyone who is considering Super 8 Wyndam, Goodyear, AZ.
Thank you.

Goodyear is a great little city convenient to the city of Phoenix or hiking at Estrella or the White Tank Mountains. It has all the restaurants and stores you might need while traveling and it's a nice community with friendly people.

Unfortunately, I needed medical attention while visiting.
Unfortunately, I needed medical attention while visiting. Was hospitalized two of the five nights I stayed. The Trauma 1 hospital was less than 2 miles from the hotel and gave me excellent care. Always good to know that an outstanding medical facility is close by.

We have looked at many areas in Arizona, and fell in love with Goodyear, its outside the busy city, quiet neighborhoods with lots of outdoor activities, hiking, biking, golf etc... we will definitely return
Called ahead to confirm reservation, was told we were good to go. Upon arrival, was charged twice the amount! I booked almost 2 months in advance. Then was told it was because they didn't have a reservation in the system for me!! I called priceline and es told it was there. Long story short, had to have my kids sleep in the car and we drove around looking for a hotel. Still wanted to charge me for a reservation due to no show when I was there and told I didn't have a reservation.
This hotel exceeded our expectation, every staff was super nice and went beyond their duties to make our stay feel welcomed. Not a lot of people staying so pool & jacuzzi was to ourselves, great location, many excellent places to eat around. Great facilities included open workout gym, Bible museum and large lounge area inside & smaller outside, basketball court. Breakfast had lots variety except waffles due to Covid.
it was nice place. We didn't eat breakfast at the hotel but there were other diners in the immediate area that we can get breakfast. It was clean and was impressed with how the AC worked because it was triple digit weather the whole time we were in Phoenix; we kept cool! Also, it was cool to have 10% discount at Black Bear Diner when you stay at the hotel.
Loved the newness of this hotel. Very happy color scheme. Loved the modern furniture, pool table, and snack food in the lobby area. Especially enjoyed relaxing in the egg shaped swinging chairs. Very amicable staff.
Breakfast was very basic, but very good. Lots of choices. Kitchen very polite and friendly.
Room was clean, bed was comfortable, outside areas were clean. Very quiet at the hotel.
The proximity to the Goodyear Ballpark and some very good Mom and Pop type Mexican restaurants in near by Avondale, AZ, where we had some great breakfasts and lunches.
Compared to to many up market hotels who don't provide breakfast I thought the super8 was quite generous as you could take fruit etc away to eat during the day etc
