the front desk staff was "EXCELLENT" very courteous, attentive and accommodating! the room service staff was marvelous and we actually tipped the room service staff something we have never done in all our stays at hotels! Could use better cable channels like nickelodeon jr., etc. for smaller children as well as a refrigerator and microwave.

It was easy to find. The shower was cold and took 5some minutes to warm up and even then it was maybe warm at best. The internet was down upon arrival. The tv did not work when I arrived nor did the telephone. I was placed in another room and still the tv did not work. Wasn't the best representation for Holiday Inn.

Quiet. Nice size room. Questionable neighborhood. Problem with no hot water. Not told pool was closed until after check in. Ac/heater unit not working properly. Charge for coffee at free breakfast.

The service was very good, especially Marrell at the front desk. He was very accommodating to our needs. I didn't think it was worth $100. The restaurant and room service were not available , which is one of the reasons I booked at this hotel.

I tried to call a few times about a week before to discuss parking due to the 250th anniversary in Allentown and the closing of Hamilton Street and the phone was disconnected for several days. I also sent an email but the response I received was very confusing.

The beds were very comfortable and it was hard to tell that anyone has had sex on it. The air conditioner wasn't the best but by the time the room cooled down it was still hard to tell that anyone has had sex in the room.

It had vacancy. We did not care for the neighborhood. Given the opportunity we would not have stayed in Allentown. And if possible, will not again. However, Holiday Inn Allentown Center was better than expected given the setting. I would recommend this hotel if anyone ever needed to stay in Allentown.

Nice, quiet hotel with beautiful decor. Parking area located next to hotel. There were stains on one of the bed linen & not enough wash clothes & towels were placed in the bathroom. Not the best location if your looking to stay near restaurants or retail areas. The restaurant attached to the hotel, the food is ok.
