The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. Staff was excellent. Will stay there every time we visit Houston.
Packed with kids waiting to get moved into their dorms at Rice University--lots of busses and congestion. Construction at front entrance contributed to congestion in parking lot, which is not that big.

This is our second trip here to this same hotel. First time, the beds were comfortable and room was clean.

This is a good, slightly older hotel very well located for persons going to MD Anderson. Shuttle service on the ½ hour is great.
Very limited (and pricey) menu for supper. Small room would have been cramped had I not been by myself.
The interior of the hotel appears to have been recently remodeled and is very inviting. The room was spacious, very clean and I was surprised by a full kitchen. Beds and pillows very comfy. The pool is small but the area is well maintained.
There was some remodeling going on in front so access was limited, as was the parking. While we had no problems, the area didn't "feel" safe, but i would return there.
The room was very comfortable and quite. We didn't hear any outside nose. The bed were amazingly comfortable. We felt very comfy and felt like home.
There wasn't enough parking in the lot and there was continual construction to the drive way or the front of the building, making getting in and out of the hotel troublesome.
Family of 5, we bad the 2 bedrooms suite. We slept very well. The suite was really beautiful. A real kitchen. Dining area. No noise from the street. I would go back there again.
No free breakfast included. For the price, they could do better on that.
I reserved a Suite but in the hotel give us a room, they told that the mistake was of Booking. I paid a not smoking room and in the outside of the room we received the smoke of the other rooms for the ventilation system. The clean is very poor in the room.

No coffee cups in room for coffee.
Excellent service with friendly staff. The room was very clean and spacious. I was upgraded to a suite which had a nice little kitchen with full size appliances!!! Two big windows that overlooked the city and soft comfy beds made this room a definite winner!!
The ironing board in the room was broken. I called twice to have them come pick up the broken one and bring another ironing board to the room but no one ever followed through with that request. I had to improvise with the ironing.
The food was delicious and prompt from room service
We stayed at the hotel because of a recheck appointment at MD Anderson, so location was the primary concern. The shuttle was a big help in getting to the medical center and to Rice Village for food and shopping needs. Luckily, the hotel has improved since the days when it was under management by Holiday Inn. Our basic needs were met.
The time required to get to the medical center was the only real deterrent. Having to meet the shuttle at an appointed time was sometimes difficult. Luckily, our health at this time is good enough and the weather nice enough that we could walk if we missed the bus. This was not a huge factor for us. Overall, the hotel met our needs for an overnight stay. We will probably not need to return, as no further appointments are needed at this time.

I did not get lowest price that was guaranteed.Book It said they guaratteed the lowest price, i could have gooten a better price from Wyhdam since I was going to Medical Center fo ran operation
Faculty seems dated. Reported a large spill down the hall where carpet was soaked across the entire hall. Still there when we left.
Paying for parking. The breakfast bar could have a better selection and bigger.

Your cleaning staff was terrible. The room was not cleaned well and of the 3 nights I stayed. There were never replacement towels in the bathroom. About all they did was make the beds.
Walking distance to most facilities at medical center.

Front desk lady took forever just to check me in people kept coming down because all the keys was not working then i get mine went to the 5 floor and mine didnt work. then house keeping says they smell smoke smh
