Great location for MD Anderson.
room and staff were great; Rates were great on weekends only. Weekday rates seemed rather pricey for this high-end-of-average hotel, but I still prefer Wyndham to most other chains
only 3 elevators, was worse during off hours when often only 2 were operating - so long long waits in the lobby
bed is very comfortable, the room is clean. convenient location to Rice Univ., museum district.
the wall has little insulation and we were bothered by the neighbors' activities (TV, door opening and closing, etc.) Service was incomplete, e.x., not enough towels, kitchen utensils, etc.
The staff was very friendly.
When we arrived the elevators were not working and we had to take the stairs. The bathroom was very dirty. It looked run down. I could not sleep because you could hear the guests in the next room talking all night and going to the bathroom. The pillows were uncomfortable.
Comfortable room, nice people!
I could hear the lady next door on the phone complaining about her love life.
It was nothing special, but the stay was hassle-free. Everything was streamlined and comfortable.
The communal areas were dreary.
Room was nice and clean. Staff was very accommodating. ..
Everytime I come in I get quality staff always willing to go the extra mile. Thank you making my monthly visits to md anderson easier!!
Parking can be hassle late check in.
The rooms were clean and comfortable. The business center was very useful and easy to use. The a la carte breakfast was actually tasty. The service personnel were very friendly. The hotel's modern, crisp design was refreshing.
The front desk wasn't always as friendly or helpful as the rest of the staff. The lobby area and dining room were quite depressing. Concierge personnel were sometimes rude and inhospitable (mostly by interrogating guests and questioning people entering the hotel). The closet was tiny (it wasn't much of a closet, but rather an open nook in the wall). The swimming pool was inaccessible even though is was advertised as open to guests.
Location, Having 2 bedrooms suits.
Cleaning very poor No enough parking slots, no valet parking. Staff are not professional in cleaning, assistant manager not up to the level, diffecult to approach manager, staff poor in communication, pillows are not comfortable, toilets need update, insects in the bedrooms & beds.
Close to NRG stadium Safe Close to food, Pizza Hut and Burger King in walking distance Comfortable Clean Rooms Strong wifi
Had to pay to park and wasn't notified by staff. $8 per day
Maria the mgr who resolved several issues for us
The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. Staff was excellent. Will stay there every time we visit Houston.
Twice found insect in my bed. The suites are not cleaned well daily, kitchenette is left not clean with dirty dishes in the dish washer and dirty pin. The toilets flushed up twice & spilled the dirty water on the toilet floor. It happened twice with in 10 days.
Packed with kids waiting to get moved into their dorms at Rice University--lots of busses and congestion. Construction at front entrance contributed to congestion in parking lot, which is not that big.
The staff was awesome!! Keith and Connie was great!!
This is our second trip here to this same hotel. First time, the beds were comfortable and room was clean.
Our room was not cleaned.
The bed was comfortable
Housekeeping could do a lot better with cleaning.
This is a good, slightly older hotel very well located for persons going to MD Anderson. Shuttle service on the ½ hour is great.
Very limited (and pricey) menu for supper. Small room would have been cramped had I not been by myself.
The interior of the hotel appears to have been recently remodeled and is very inviting. The room was spacious, very clean and I was surprised by a full kitchen. Beds and pillows very comfy. The pool is small but the area is well maintained.
There was some remodeling going on in front so access was limited, as was the parking. While we had no problems, the area didn't "feel" safe, but i would return there.
The room was very comfortable and quite. We didn't hear any outside nose. The bed were amazingly comfortable. We felt very comfy and felt like home.
There wasn't enough parking in the lot and there was continual construction to the drive way or the front of the building, making getting in and out of the hotel troublesome.
Family of 5, we bad the 2 bedrooms suite. We slept very well. The suite was really beautiful. A real kitchen. Dining area. No noise from the street. I would go back there again.
No free breakfast included. For the price, they could do better on that.
I reserved a Suite but in the hotel give us a room, they told that the mistake was of Booking. I paid a not smoking room and in the outside of the room we received the smoke of the other rooms for the ventilation system. The clean is very poor in the room.
