Holiday Inn and Suites Phoenix Airport North    

very nice hotel, very clean rooms. The staff really care about the guests. great food at the restaurant and very friendly staff...All in all, this is a great hotel and we would always book it when coming to Phonix fro business...

Felt safe, room was large and clean, overall very nice hotel and not extremely expensive

No staff at front desk when we checked out so we just left the keys

Room was nice size, comfortable, clean.

The shuttle service was a joke, absolutely horrible!! The staff was not friendly. The Internet was not available in my room. The business center had 2 computers, 1 wasn't working, and the printer didn't work. The room was next to an intersection and the window let in ALL the NOISE. The A/C was very loud. Could not sleep.

Food was very poor .

- The room was very big - breakfast was good (omlet, sausages, potato + all usual things) - the personal was great and friendly - facilities were great

- You should call for shuttle (it is not coming periodically)

Room was very hot and muggy when we checked in, and smelt pretty badly like smoke

Spacious rooms, clean rooms, separate sleeping area with door, great pool area/courtyard, close to spring training facilities for many teams. Never tried dining there. Would definitely stay again on next visit to Phoenix/Scottsdale area.

Location worked well for having the freeway access so close.

My only complaint was an odor of urine in the toilet room. Otherwise room very clean.

I stayed here to attend baseball games throughout Phoenix. It is very close to the airport and easily available to the baseball fields. It is very close to freeway access. Free Wi-Fi

Room was great very comfortable maid staff very friendly.

Computers very slow and gates didn't except both of are keys.

Confusion with booking I thought the room was paid for not reserved!

Loved the suites - felt really at home. Could really relax between journeys - super comfy bed.

Clean, spacious, and convenient to the airport.

Location was a few miles from the interstate to allow us an overnight stay and quickly return to the road on the next day

The room we were given had a strong musty smell to it. Maybe old carpet or recently washed and not allowed to dry thoroughly. On the next day the elevator was inoperative. When I spoke to the clerk he was responsive but we were already checked out and on our way.

Nice hotel and great value.

The air-conditioner is a little bit noisy at times but otherwise nice place to stay.

After I checked in, I was most impressed that the airport shuttle driver was happy to take me to a local mall to do some shopping rather than walk there in the 104 degree heat. Later, all I had to do was call the hotel and let them know when to come pick me up and they were there in a few minutes. The hotel room was immaculately clean and the staff went out of their way to be helpful. .

I was in a room that someone had been smoking in. The residual smell was quite bad. Make sure you ask for non-smoking,

Room was nice and patio area comfortable.

Even though room service was available until 11 pm they refused to take my order for dinner at 1045 pm. No restaurants nearby. Also no in room movies available. Made complaint about not honoring dining schedule but no offer for any concession or apology for failure to honor printed schedule. Will probably choose different hotel on next business trip.
