Reception staff were excellent. Food was good. Room was excellent.

One waitress was very off - didn't seem to want to be there.

They did not clean our room.

The facilities and the service. From the shuttle bus ride and everything in between. Far superior to other Hotels in the area.

Room well appointed bed comfortable, shuttle driver very courteous.

Staff was very friendly and efficient. Food in restaurant was delicious and a good value. Close to airport.

Very few rooms have a bathtub, there was not one available for me ;-( Printer in the business office was broken.

Executive room was very nice, comfortable and clean with extra space for preparing tea and coffee. Very close to the airport terminal, between 5-10 minutes. Clean towels and extra coffee every day.

Double beds very small, prefer Queen or King beds. Restaurant food really not value for money at all. We had dinner in the restaurant (because it was bad weather and we have 2 small children) and breakfast via room service. Service really bad from restaurant and r/s. And very expensive for the quality and amount you get. No kettle to boil water for baby or microwave in room, but there was coffee maker and mini fridge in room and one microwave on the corridor.

The hotel was very good located, near the airport. Diner at the restaurant was good.

The staff was polite, but not very friendly.

The showerhead was loose and falling off the wall. The American Bassiere provided me with the worst dining experience I've ever had. The quality of the food was poor and when it finally arrived it was cold and needed to be sent back. There was only one waitress and it took over 45 minutes for my meal to arrive. The manager (?) was more interested it talking with his friends and the service suffered accordingly. Very poorly run operation!

The lady working the front desk did a wonderful job. She was the only one working and there were probably at least 15 people waiting in line and the phone was constantly ringing. She was able to answer the calls while dealing with the people in line. The hotel should have had more people working but the person who was working was very good.

Personal muy amable dispuesto a ayudar. Una mucama (maid) que efectuó la limpieza de mi habitación el día martes 2 de abril encontró $2.100 dolares que dejé en la habitación, cuando regresé por la tarde encontré en el mismo lugar el dinero, le regalé $100.00 de propina por su honradez

No se encuentra la dirección del hotel en ninguno de los brochures o folletos informativos, a diario se desactivaban las tarjetas (llaves) causaba problemas para ingresar al parqueo y para abrir la habitación.

Das was man sich von einem Holiday Inn erwartet. Sauber, nettes Personal, usw.

Der Flugzeuglärm die ganze Nacht über, das war uns aber schon bei der Buchung bewusst.

Einfach toll, Preis-Leistungsverhaeltnis und das Gesamtpaket war zu 100% sehr Zufriednstellend. Ich buche das naechste Mal wieder bei ihnen.

het personeel was zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk, de locatie was prima naast het vliegveld. In het restaurant gegeten , eten was goed. Kamer was ruim en schoon.

In het restaurant serveerde men het voorgerecht en hoofdgerecht tegelijkertijd. Toen ik daar wat van zei was het antwoord dat ik van te voren had moeten zeggen dat het voorgerecht eerst geserveerd moest worden!

Security, clean, good restaurant, price, location.

Staff didn't tell you things....you had to ask....example, where to park, about the breakfast that I paid for in the room charge. Had to ask for a receipt at checkout. Bathroom sink was very slow to drain....like one hour.

Convenience to the Airport. Comfortable modern room. Excellent meals and friendly staff.

Pool and spa were excellent. Brasserie was great - iris was very accommodating even when we came in 15 mins before closing time...shuttle service to and from airport was great too!

I thought we could get there by skytrain which was a nuisance when I found you couldn't but that's more my fault than anything!!

Room was clean and very quiet, with no sound of airplanes entering nearby airport.

Would like breakfast to begin at 6 a.m. even on weekends.

Very efficient room for anyone who needs a quiet, comfortable sleepover.

That (free) coffee was not available in the lobby past 9am. Our flight did not arrive until 12:30am and we did not arrive in the lobby to catch the shuttle back to the airport until 10am. It's a small thing (but a very nice one)... to be able to have a cup of coffee on the way to the airport.
