    Room size

    Nothing

    The front desk personnel was very unpolite, rude and unprofessional (the woman in charge on the night of 14th of august). The breakfast was agreed to be included in the price of the room but the hotel has not allowed us to have it!!!

    The location was horrible. There's literally nothing for miles. You have to take a cab to get anywhere. The rooms were smaller than the usual holiday inn and breakfast is not included. If you can find another hotel with a similar price and a different location by the airport, take it.

    A very comfortable hotel. Staff was very pleasant. Nice having the restaurant there. Will stay there again.

    Conveniently close to the airport. Comfortable and clean. Good burgers in the restaurant. Service was very good.

    Breakfast buffet was terrible.

    Helpful and friendly staff.

    The booking in system could be improved by forming queues rather than everyone crowded together at the reception counter/desk.Restaurant food choices could be better.

    Loved the shower and bed

    I would never pay so much for a breakfast that isn't worth it but my server justin took great care of me.

    I loved the shower. They were great with problems with reservations. Loved the Breakfast bar. Room was great.

    This hotel was not as easy to get to as the directions said. Round about if you miss a turn.

    I loved my stay from booking to check out. Staff went above and beyond to ensure my booking was corrected before I checked in to allowing me a few more hours until my departure late sudsy evening.

    A few rust spots around the bathroom due to moisture. Could use a little preservation work.

    Shuttle only go to doméstic terminal, should be óptional go to international.

    The hotel is located very close to the airport and yet very quiet from the noise at the airport. The shuttle service is supper. The gentleman of the shuttle is so willing to help all the time. One dies not have to pay for the shuttle! The staff at the front desk are very fast. Checking in and out of the hotel is excellent - no queues! Keep it up guys!

    The smoking area being right infront of the hotel entrance! Please move the smokers a little further.

    They charged me for an extra night that I didn't even stay for nor did I ask for and the kept insisting that I did and I won't be staying again.

    It was a surprise to see the updates of the hotel. There wasn't pictures of the remodel online.

    The workout equipment was a little old and falling apart.

    Clean, modern, comfort, ease of airport access

    Staff should ask at checkin - have you. stayed with us before. If not explain about breakfast and give a voucher to those who paid for breakfast. Asking the passive aggressive morning worker 5/15/14 1000 is a real pain. She also saw us miss the shuttle by 60 seconds and could have said that he stops at the nearby Hyat and would have been easy to catch by just walking a few yards. Passive aggressive people make for a poor customer experience.

    The location of the hotel from Atlanta airport is excellent. Hotel is very close to the airport if you are to catch flight. The gentleman who runs the shuttle to and from the airport is such a nice guy. He goes so much out of his way to really make you feel at home. The staff at the hotel are very good. The checking in process is done such swiftly and fast. Please keep up.

    There was a pool and restaurant on site. Large room and free airport transfers

    As it is an airport.hotel restaurant could be 24 hours our have earlier opening to accommodate travellers
