눉Where to start. I guess with the fact that there is no hot tube as advertised. There is a sauna, however, it is in golds gym, not in the hotel, and closes early. We went to the pool, and it was open, until we got there, then someone did something in it, and like that, it was closed for a bio-hazard. The fridge in the room was there, and it only took about an hour to get the smell out of the room after opening the door. It would appear it does not work. There was no mention that the hotel is under construction, and the route march to get to and from the loby was at least covered by a tent. The king bed was not a pillow top, and you could feel the springs. I would think that with a king room, there would be at least two bottles of shampoo/conditioner, not one single bottle. Very disappointed for the cost.
