The doorman was cheerful and helpful. The room had a mold oder. The carpet was worn and dirty. The bed spread was dirty.The molding around the sliding door was rotted.This is the second bad experience at a Wyndham property.

Two lights were out, the phone didn't work. there was no screen on the door to the balcony, the drain in the sink was broken, we ran out of toilet paper and the room, especially the carpet was dirty. It was way too expensive considering all these factors!

La salle de sport, la piscine, l"emplacement facile près de l'autoroute. Chambres très sombres à la deco très démodée, canapé lit hors d'age, avec des ressorts qui rentrent dans le dos. Salle de bains mal faite, avec juste la douche et les wc fermés. le lavabo est dans la chambre, face au lit. On n'a pas forcement envie de voir son conjoint ou épouse en train de se laver les dents, de se maquiller ou de se raser !!! Serviettes de bains en nombre insuffisants pour 4 personnes. La chambre est pourtant louée pour 4. Kitechenette sans aucune assiette, verre ou couverts. Dommage. Le restaurant de l’hôtel est très cher, inabordable pour une famille, en tout cas. Enfin, les avions passent très très bas au-dessus de l’hôtel. ça fait parfois vraiment peur !!!!

Location, price. Bed size and comfort. Linens. Pool, bar. Second time here. Rooms have an unpleasant, musty smell and the energy-efficient lighting is not eye-friendly or bright enough. Too gray in illumination.

O hotel fica bem perto de uma avenida importante (lembrando que transporte público nos eua é complicado; se depender dele, tudo é difícil). Fica perto também do de um centro comercial e do shopping Town Center. A WiFi não funciona, mas o cabo no quarto funcionou bem.

Sehr schöne Hotelanlage; mit ansprechender Lobby und hübschem Poolbereich. Ausserhalb con Boca und dem Strand aber unmittelbar an I95 gelegen. Als Tipp: Nach Möglichkeit Zimmer in Richtung Poolbereich buchen da Aussicht schöner und Lage ruhiger.

Location was convenient. Room was large but cupboard space was terrible, even for a 5 day stay. The heating/AC was very noisy and inconsistent from cold to hot even when set by thermostat. The housekeeping supervisor was very pleasant and accommodating but the woman who cleaned was nasty and would not clean when we asked her to even though she was finishing just next door. Room Service breakfast was poor and no jam was in the order although asked for. We did not like service in a paper bag.

Situation géographique pour le golf Chambre avec cuisinette mais pas de vaisselle, et aucun équipement. Décoration à refaire Rapport qualité prix n'y est pas comparé au Wyndham Palm Aire qui est nettement supérieur.
