Room carpets need updating
I liked the courteous staff members. The breakfast was great. The room was clean. The facility was modern and not old fashioned.
The mattresses were nice but they could have been upgraded. The squeaked every time you moved around in the bed.
Mrs Virginia was awsome. Also Lisa at the Bar made me the best drinks I ever had.
Can not Complain at all
The balcony was nice and the rooms were clean. The price point for the location was good.
When we checked in it was poring rain and our room was at a different enterance. When I questioned the staff on this I was given convoluted directions through the building to even find the elevator to get to our floor. We never did find the breakfast area. Not a bad hotel just poorly laid out.
Facilities need updating
All of the staff were over the top in friendly and helpful service and willingness to assist in every way.
The facility is dated and shows signs of age and wear
the front desk was nice
the room was dank and gross/very musty smelling and feeling. The pool was closed and we were never told this until we showed up to the pool all dressed for it and there was a small sign. The kids cried for hours.
The people were lovely... Very helpful and happy to have a chat. Room was spacious and comfortable.
It was a long way from anywhere! It took nearly 2 hours to walk to the town centre.
Tianna at the hotel bar is very creative and was very professional and courteous. I loved her strawberry mojito.
Breakfast buffet was great. Room was very comfortable & clean.
Room looked out over the adjoining raised parking level. Terrible view of nothing.
I can see the potential in this hotel. Someone need to clean it up before it's too late.
1. On my arrival to the hotel I Informed consierge of broken wardrobe. No one came to fix it. 2. Found smoked marajauna joints in the drawer next to the bed. 3. Had to wait 3 hours for fresh towel from the maids 4. Beds made us feel like something was crawling on you. Had to sleep on top of the covers
Breakfast wait staff excellent and hard working. Front desk people quite pleasant and helpful. Staff acknowledges you by greeting you when they see you. Floors clean and furniture pleasantly arranged in lobby area.
Had to change rooms 2X due to broken toilet seat and inoperable dead bolt. Rear door facing pool inoperable. Had to walk the length of the building to get to 2nd flr. room near the pool end. Too many rooms locked closed due to vandalism. Busted up door handles look bad. Final bill had overcharge. Took 30 minutes for staff to correct the problem. Delayed getting to a meeting. WiFi log in needs to be simplified. Same menu for breakfast everyday. No variety. Good quality though.
Bed were comfortable and rooms are big. Bathtub was amazing.
Noisy!! Dogs barking, next door neighbors very loud, carpet had MANY MULTIPLE stains. I wore my shoes entire time.
The rooms were large and clean.
The hotel itself was really nice, it had a beautiful ballroom, front desk, and bar.
The room was gross. The carpets were sticky. The maid obviously didn't clean our room thoroughly since there was an empty 12 pack of beer in our room. The elevator was broken, and some of the doors to enter the building were broken, causing dragging of heavy bags and kids around the outside looking for a way in. I could see these problems from a cheap motel, but if I pay over a 100 bucks for a "deluxe" king, I expect better, especially from Holiday Inn.
Staff very pleasant. Check in a breeze
Bed was not comfortable. No restaurant just bar food. There aren't alot of places in the immediate area.
Cost....pay for what you get
Bathroom had urine on floor around the commode when I entered for the first night, carpets were ripped and worn. The outside door did not have a working key-card entrance, so had to walk longer with luggage to get into the building. Fortunately, only had to be there 2 nights, then got to leave.
Staff is always friendly and goes out of their way to make sure your comfortable. I travel to this hotel very often.
Nice Staff Personnel sympa
50$ for my little dog !!! (chihuahua) Lot nose, slamming doors 50$ pour mon petit chien !!! (Chihuahua) Beaucoup de bruit, claquement de porte...
I like everything .. Very impress with comfort . Cleanliness .. And the breakfast was good and wait staff awesome !
The only problem I encounter the back door entrance wouldn't unlock that night when we came back from our play. We had to walk to the other door entrance
THE BED WAS NICE, BATHROOM VERY NICELY STOCKED, PLENTY OF HOT WATER.
DIDN'T LIKE WHERE YOU NEEDED TO HOOKUP LAPTOP. VERY UNCOMFORABLE CHAIRS FOR USING LAPTOP. POOR SELECTION OF DRINKS MIN MACHINE. THE BAR STAFF VERY UNPROFESSIONAL WITH CUSTOMERS. ASKED ABOUT A SPORTING EVENT, WAS TOLD DIDN'T KNOW WHAT CHANNEL EVENT WAS ON. I WILL NOT STAY AT THIE LOCATION AGAIN, OTHER HOLIDAY INNS WERE MUCH BETTER.
The bed was very comfortable! The stsff was exceptionally helpful.
I was suppose to have a balcony, but instead I had a view of the parking deck. The thermostat didn't regulate. I had it to 79 degrees, which made one side of the room hot and the other side cold.
That I had my grandson with me!
No hot water in bathroom shower until we called the front desk, carpet had stains, pillows very lumpie. The eleavator didnt work at the end if our hall, front desk thought it was fixed! Wouldn't stay again!
We were pleasantly surprised by the updates to the hotel. They have made a successful attempt at modernizing the whole facility. Complimentary breakfast was also a nice surprise with many choices and was served in a cute cafe. We would definitely stay again, the price was fair.
Cold hallways, seemed to be no heating and air in them. The door etnrance closest to our room was broke so we had to travel to opposite side of hall each time ee entered/ exited.
