The location is not so bad and the staff is good.

The hotel does not worth it. Very expensive for what it offers. The room for 2 is actually for 1 person. The bed and room is quite small. At breakfast lacked various items such as eggs and coffee. The hotel organized a conference in an area in the middle of the rooms which was not pleasant at all.

The bed is big enough, soft and comfortable

There was a mouse in my room! When i was playing my laptop on the bed, I suddenly found there was a little black thing on the ground. I turned my head a found that was a mouse! I am not afraid of mouse and I have too many things need to pack if I would like to change the room, so I just keep clam and stay in the same room for one more day.

Rooms were excellent and the hotel lobby, pool and breakfast area accessible, clean, convenient, overall wonderful experience.

Only the location.

The room was not clean. The towels seemed old and were not clean. Hair on the bed!!!!! No tea in the room even after I asked for it and left a note for it. The price was extremely higher than the quality.

Everyone was very friendly. The mattresses and bedsheets were the best we have ever experienced. I dont know what brand mattress you use but when we wake up competely rested its all worth it. No back pains, thats very important.. Very convenient to the T for getting around is excellent.

You should give complementary breakfast to your guests.

remarkably small room, could not have been farther away from elevator, lobby. Indoor pool right outside my door. No window to outside.

Convenient location in Brookline, MA on Beacon St., and the bed was comfortable

The hotel is old and in great need of remodeling. m Our room was musty, wallpaper was coming down, one bank of outlets in the room didn't work, the basic TV selections were only about 20 stations, the 2nd day no cups or coffee were left in the room by the maid, the carpet was dirty, and the common area walkway had so many hills & valleys one could trip while walking down a supposed level floor.

The location is excellent

The hotel is designed with an interior courtyard, and most rooms face inwards towards it. That means that your window faces the interior of the hotel, so basically the curtains need to be closed at all times.

It was well located for the family I wanted to visit

With the outside wall the rooms were quite dark. And with people walking by the curtains needed to be closed a lot. I think I would ask for an upper floor next time

The location. We were in Boston for surgery at bidmc the next day. The staff ordered and reserved a taxi for us for the next morning. Though we were there only overnight, what we saw pleased us and will most probably stay there again should the need arise.

Good location, good service, twin-bed room is spacious.

Bathroom facility is so so.

Room was nice size, bed was fine, had one arm chair in the room and one desk chair. Buffet breakfast was good.

Room was a little dark; could use an overhead light. Staff at breakfast on Sunday had trouble coping with the crowd.

Walter, the bartender in the middle of the week. He alone made up for most of the problems.

The wifi. The whole system is worthless. Yes, if you're willing to sit at the pool or in the lobby, and you first open up a browser to enter your password (multiple times per work session), you can get internet access for few minutes at a time, and it's almost fast enough to bear watching a 2-minute youtube clip. Forget conference calls or even online chatting from your room.

The front desk staff was very helpful and full of information. The room was neat, comfortable and quiet.

The garage was a little hard to find the first time and it is very crampt

The staff are very helpful and nice, The location is convenience for transpotation by light rail (just outside the hotel), you can vistit Havard University by bus (you got to walk around 5 mins to take) or downtown by light rail. It takes you in 30 mins.

ראשית שידרגו לנו את החדר לכבוד חגיגת יום הנישואים שלנו. המלון גדול ונוח קרוב לתחנת הרכבת ובמרחק הליכה ממרכז בו ממוקמות מעט מסעדות ובתי קפה.

עיצוב מיושן בשעות מסוימות החדר רעד כאילו הייתה איזו רעידת אדמה, ככל הנראה החדר הי ממוקם מעל לחדר מכונוות או מעל גנרטור...

O quarto onde ficamos era confortável e havia internet de graça no sagão do hotel.

O hotel é longe de tudo, de dia você pode até usar o elétrico, mas de noite, na volta de um restaurante, gastávamos muito com taxi. No quarto não havia frigobar, um absurdo, e se você desejasse uma cerveja após ás 22:00 não tinha como comprar, comer também não, só havia máquina de refrigerante e água. Quer dizer, você se hospeda num hotel longe de tudo e que não te dá o mínimo necessário dentro do hotel. Em todos os hotéis que ficamos nos nossos 26 dias de viagem, tinha um staf com água, café, nesse hotel não, tudo era pago. O café da manhã era um desastre, além de ser pago, é claro, não havia nenhum queijo ou qualquer tipo de frios, o pão era horrível e o suco artificialmente ruim. Comi um ovo ruim, com pão e manteiga e um café com leite, pagamos us$ 27,00. a piscina fica dentro do hotel, não é aquecida e você não tem como ter o calor do sol, além de ficar no meio do caminho de alguns quartos, sinceramente, nem me aventurei.
