Across the street from the University at Buffalo South Campus, this motel has cable TV and free Wi-Fi access in all rooms. A continental breakfast is offered to all guests.

How friendly everyone was. We went to the Falls for a whole day. The park was so clean and Yorkers were helpful and not bother because you ask a question or directions. Next trip is Time Square.
I disliked nothing.
there were a few things I did like about the hotel, their rooms were very clean, the pool area was nice, the location was great, close to everything in downtown buffalo
the staff was very rude
Conveniently located close to the border, in a quiet neighbourhood and friendly staff. the availability of airport shuttle bus is much appreciated.
We have to request for the TV control and hairdryer wasn't functioning.
King size bed
Door between 2 rooms : you live with your neighbor! Luckily, I could change my room !
Location and cleanliness. Helpful and friendly desk staff.
WiFi was dreadful and cable television kept cutting out. Biggest problem was inability to adjust temperature of room down to a comfortable level. They had someone look at it and left a basket of goodies but problem was not resolved.
BATHROOM DOOR DIDN'T CLOSE OR LOCK COUCH WAS STAINED WINDOWS WERE STAINED CARPET WAS STAINED NOT ENOUGH PILLOWS
location is good - walking distance to several restaurants
a bit pricey for Buffalo, struggled to get stable WIFI
From the location, to the beds, to the restaurant, I would recommend this Holiday Inn. It was a great place to stay.
The breakfast is not enfficient for travelers with time schedule. Buffet is more practical.
The location was terrific, near all the funky shops, ngood restaurants and wonderful architecture. There was sufficient parking and a walgreens next door which was handy. The desk clerk was very helpful and gave good restaurant suggestions. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable
The hotel need a face lift, the common areas are drab and out of date and a little banged up. The exterior is the old slab of concrete construction. For a chain of this size I was dissapointed to see that they still supply plastic glasses and paper cups in the rooms when comparable hotels are going more green and more classy with real glass and china coffee mugs in the rooms.
Old hotel, needs major renovation
The entryway was pleasing and the staff was nice.
The room was smaller than expected and the bathroom was defiantly to small. Couldn't open the door even if standing in front of the toilet. We needed to get a roll away for our 3rd child and there was absolutely no where it would fit except for in front of the door which clearly isn't a very good place. Good thing we didn't need to exit the room in a hurry during the night.
Stuff is very good
Room need renovation
Nice room we got there early and they gave us a room. It was before 10:00 am. Pick up from and return to transit station.
Wifi trouble would not stay connected
In the bathroom was a small bottle of mouth wash and a box with a couple of Cotten swabs. This is a great addition to the regular shampoo and soap bottles that are typically provided.
Bathroom felt unclean; bed felt unclean; on our first night at the hotel we found that the carpet was wet near he window...it was a rather large area... About a 2 foot diameter circle; I always stay at Holiday Inns and it may have just been location and timing but this is the most expensive hotel I have stayed at ($300 for 2-night stay) yet the room felt unclean.
Everything was very nice.
The bed was hard for me but doable.
Easy access to the Canadian border. No problem checking in early. Shuttle was available to take us near 1st Niagara Centre which was awesome & staff provided dining & other transportation options.. Room was clean & comfortable, bathroom a bit outdated but still ok. would stay again
Room was good clean and comfortable. Pick up and drop shuttle was good .
No one to help with our baggage once we got the help location far off from niagera. Breakfast on order and service poor.no tooth brush and paste in the bathroom.had to go down to fetch for one.
poor wifi connectivity
It is very acceptable price for visitors planning to visit niagara. It 30 minutes drive far from niagara
The exit from the hotel was closed due to a marathon. I stacked at home for about 3 hours until the police officer allow us to go
wasn't there too long but the beds were comfortable and the staff was acomidating
The staff was very friendly. The bed was comfortable and extra pillows and blanket that were requested were already in the room.
The wi-fi kept kicking me off. When taking a shower the tub filled with water.
location, staff, parking
the room is not "noise protected". I could hear everything from the room besides mine. It disturbed me a lot.
