“ Get a lot of room with a nice city view for the money spent. Room service menu not as expansive as some, but the food was excellent. The hotel staff is top notch. We will not hesitate to stay here again. A great value. ”

The staff was excellent. I had a check in issue due to a delayed flight and the staff member I spoke with handled it quickly with no hassles and she was extremely friendly. I had no negative experiences.

The staff was extremely pleasant and accommodating, the restaurant was especially accommodating with the children. The location was great, just a block away along a clean, well kept street were restaurants and shops.

Liked proximity to Burbank close to areas of interest surrounded by eateries Thought it was a little dated. Elevator check insurance out of date. Restraint staff were not consistent , some were poor. Floor 3 facing the car park was noisy at times

View; location; good rooms Would like to have better access to the lovely gardens in the back. They are beautiful and I think they should be showcased and made part of the back lobby area. It was hard to get to the gardens.

the view was great, the bar in the hotel was friendly. Service was pleasant At check in. The parking structure and the self park was difficult to locate.
