I got a two floor king suite with a jacuzzi tub. The tub water came out brown and left a disgusting ring when emptied. Very disappointed as the tub was the selling point. Lucky it was only for one night.
The jacuzzi hot tub
Nothing. It was really nice
easy to find clean friendly
Bed was so uncomfortable
CANNOT THINK OF ANYTHING WE DID NOT LIKE.
staff were friendly
people in next room were very noisy early in morning
Location was good. Close to hwy and attractions.
Price was more expensive compared to similar hotels especially when other hotels offer some sort of breakfast in the price of the stay.
small dark rooms price for the room and location completely inappropriate WLAN slow and dropping out AC in room noisy, therefore not usable during night time
Near to port for ferry to islands. Not too far from National seashore park and beaches small but nice swimming pool and hot tub. Good breakfast as an extra.
Very busy with coach trip guests at breakfast
Comfortable beds and good room size. Maid service daily. Shopping mall close to hotel but Main street bars, restaurants and Hyannis harbour was a 45 minute walk.
Gym needs updating. Only had indoor pool which stunk of chlorine. Outdoor patio was very shaded during day.
Clean quiet Helpful stuff
too pricey didn't like the breakfast
staff upon check in was wonderful.hotel provided an upgrade witch was wonderful loft
Facility a little tired
There no wifi reception in the 3 rooms I tried only in the hotel lobby yet they advertise free service it should say lobby only The customer service did not care about my complaint We stayed here last year and the wifi was just as bad Tibby Gottlieb
See above I used the wrong space To describe the issue with Poor reception non existent in rooms only in the lobby
Location was great. They upgraded us to a suite. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. There were a number of facilities including a business center, gym, indoor swimming pool and bar.
The breakfast was very disappointing - the continental breakfast was basically just cereal and a little fruit - no yogurt, no breads and bagels, no hard boiled eggs. There was a coffee maker in the room but they left us only one serving even though it was a suite! They need to get their act together.
The handicap accessible room is a touch small. There was window view.
I liked the bathroom
Front desk clerk (young man, looks mediterranean with dark brown hair) working on Sunday night. Does not understand what it means to provide good customer service. The other clerk, light brown hair (Asst Mgr?) was much more helpful.
No healthy breakfast choices.
Small and dirty rooms that needed updated!
Location Cleanliness Guest services
A bit pricey but to be expected for prime season on the Cape
Room was clean and well kept. Front desk staff were knowledgeable, helpful and thorough.
My husband was awake for several hours late at night (midnight to 2:00AM) due to rowdy, inebriated guests walking the halls, using profanity
We booked a king loft suite, and the loft with jacuzzi was very nice, as was the deck.
Room had the smell of dirty feet, the carpet was begging for cleaning/ shampooing ( at least vacuuming), and the upstairs air conditioner made too much noise to run when "home". Also, very surprised at the TINY fridge they provided.
Clean, quiet room. Staff was nice. Fireplace in room was a nice touch.
Pool and lobby were overcrowded in the evenings. It would have been nice if bar opened a little earlier.
Suite was great. Loved that jacuzzi was a seperate room upstairs. Private deck was nice too. Very pleased. Wish I stayed another night.
A bit pricey but its the cape in the summer and the suite was big so can't really complain.
Beds were very comfortable. Staff were pleasant.
Although it was average price I just think it's ridiculous to have to pay that much for a night in a standard hotel and room.
