Kind and considerate staff who went the extra mile

Room linens did not appear to have all been fresh (pillow case) which left a creepy feeling.

The location to fine dining was good along with shopping Tanger outlets. Availability of indoor pool use at sisters facilities.

At check in staff did not provide all information requested. The beds were very uncomfortable for all three of us.

It was a great deal for a very clean and spacious room (we had a king size bed in our room, along with a comfy chair with a foot rest). It was much cheaper than anything in downtown Charleston and even cheaper when compared to a lot of other hotels near the airport, as well. But the lower cost did not equal a lack of service or cleanliness. Also, the water pressure was adjustable and the shower was very roomy. The room had everything we needed, and we especially loved having the fridge to store dinner leftovers for midnight snacks or breakfast the next morning. It was also easy to get to downtown Charleston from the hotel. We did not want room service because we had a lot of our stuff strewn about the room, so they left us a nice note and a bag of fresh towels and gave us our privacy. I would definitely stay here again.

I booked a certain price online and was not charged that price at check- out. I also paid for breakfast but was not given vouchers etc for breakfast.

The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful, the bed was very comfortable and the food was very good.

I could give you some good suggestions on how to redesign your breakfast buffet so as to be more friendly to your clients. There was terrible congestion and no rational flow to obtaining one's breakfast.

The location was close enough to the city that it was an easy travel to and from the city. We were attending Spoleto and did not want to pay the exorbitant prices of the hotels in Charleston. This was close enough to allow us to attend the events without breaking the budget and the hotel was very nice. I would return.

Outstanding service infact one of the best we have have stayed in. Shuttle service was 1st class. Friendly and couldn't do enough to help. They charged our I pod They helped us with onward travel by Greyhound buses by dropping us off. 10/10
