Furniture and appliances were top notch. There seemed to even be a bbq available at the main pool for guest use.

The onsite bar and grill is not the greatest. No Decor, service was slow, food was okay.

Staff is very friendly. They were able to check me in two hours early. Very clean and spacious room. Loved the fact that the room I booked had a kitchen with everything you'll need (plates,cups,utensils, fridge, stove, micro, etc). Very relaxing. Stayed for 2-nights.

Had to wait 20mins after booking to "redeem" a discount voucher to shows.

I liked the Location and the, I also enjoyed the beautiful kitchen.

My room was near the pool wich was open 24 hours. Guest were by the pool very very late (3:00 AM) and very very noisy, as a matter of fact, I did report the issue to front desk which unfortunately was ignored

My room was very comfortable with everything you would need to complete a trip away from home, kitchen appliances and essentials, loved the big TVs and washer and dryer. Also the convenience of a store... great!

Shuttle services was limited to 3 hotels would be better to expand the shuttle service

Facilities was very good.

We were given a room that was occupied. We checked in late and had luggages just to find about the mixed up. Good thing the occupants were not there.

Very relaxing atmosphere, in a place very well maintained and swimming pools open 24/7

Express check-out definitely didn't work: the employee I contacted had a issue with her terminal/system, claimed she didn't see all my dues payed and forced me to go to the reception to fix the problem. The issue was fixed by changing the employee. Nevertheless this took 20 minutes and I was at risk of missing my flight.

The rooms were very nice and clean

Property cleanliness, excellent staffing, excellent rooms.

Restaurant staffs were not friendly and efficient

The villa was excellent value for money. I was the only occupant but could well come back with family in the future. Staff were really friendly. Breakfast was good value. Close to the Sands Expo.

There was nothing that disappointed.

More like a condo than a hotel. Very comfortable and well furnished. Maintained well. Close to Las Vegas strip but far enough away to have a little privacy.

Settings and furniture. Loved king size bed and television.

No room service, had to call and ask for someone to help clean room. Sofa bed was thin and uncomfortable. Time share people held 30 dollars against credit card to ensure you attend presentation. However, as if that was not bad enough the receptionist at timeshare meeting was asking everyone who attended the meeting all their personal information so other people iin the room could hear it. The whole time share was just in poor taste. Ist

No direct access to the strip. Long walk or wait for transportation

When we tried to check in we were told the room wasn't ready at 6 p.m. We checked again at 8 p.m. and they had forgotten to call us and tell us the room was ready.

I liked the layout and the pools.

Well, good value for money overall. We stayed just two separate nights on the way to the Canyons and back and liked it. Also we were very please that the hotel moved our return booking on our request without any problems.

The rooms were large with all ammenities and a great location. Cost was very reasonable and the rooms were very clean.

Didn't like the pressure to listen to 90 min presentation to buy a timeshare as soon as we checked in.

The location was great just behind strip. Grounds were nice.

Not enough staff at check-in. Beds were uncomfortable and pillows were terrible, so much so we used couch cushions instead. Walls were thin and place was noisy. Pools never closed so noisy all night. Not suitable for young families. Furniture dated.

Value for money and good rooms

Carpet was wet. I think carpet was cleaned recently and was not allowed to dry before allocation

Shuttles should take u onto strip. Cater for international travellers better. Know how international travellers call home, home call you. Instant coffee.

The suite was the perfect size with great amenities. Our suite was cleaned each day which is rare for a timeshare without an extra charge.
